      Be very careful when purchasing from topps regarding any ************. The odds listed on collectors boxes are a total lie. I've wasted so much money recently and the boxes contained duplicate cards with no chance at obtaining any sketch art, rare or hit cards. I purchased 8 book worm collector boxes within a 4 week timespan and the yielded results were absolutely terrible. Rumor is that topps employees are keeping the sketch cards and flipping them on **** for profit, there selling hitless collectors boxes at premium prices. This is a very deceitful practice. Their customer service is also very unprofessional.

      Been waiting 10 months for a product I ordered. Every time I inquire, I get some excuse. Most recent is they had to reprint the item, which could take an additional **** months. Second straight order I have had fulfillment issues. No one of their customer service team has any idea how to provide service or information, and Topps has serious issue with product fulfillment on the timelines they provide at time of purchase.

      I orders some Topps cards for a Christmas gift and ordered the wrong ones and reqeusted a refund. I got a response stating that all sales are final. Why is that? and why wasn't it told at the time of purchase. I will never buy from this site again and will tell people not to purchase from here.

      Ordered an autographed card for ***** of *************************** in October 2021 and as of October 2022, I have not yet received the autographed card. I reached out in February 2022 only to get auto responses back blowing off my question stating they are working on it. I asked for refunds and they said no refunds. Their management is poorly run and their customer response is inadequate. I have been back and forth only to get responses without any resolution in sight. Why are they selling items they cannot obtain? If this baseball player is under contract to sign these cards, why is there no one to enforce that these are done in a timely manner? OtherwiseDONT SELL IT!! As of today, I still dont know when or if I will ever get this auto card.

      Ordered $800 worth of 2022 Topps Fire on September 1 & 2,2022, the day this product was released. Waited over 3 weeks for them to ship. Oh, and of course they charged my cards the same day. Today got emails canceling my order due to systems error and they ran out of cards! Really, 3 weeks later?! Now theyve made this impossible to find the product at ****** since its been released weeks ago. Been a set builder for over 30 years, not in this to buy and sell. Trade cards all over with other set builders. **************** worthless. Theyre not told anymore than what the email said. Bad service, poor management. Worse since Fanatics took over. Email sent to them, doubt a response will come. Cowards and no business ethics.

      Topps is doing the eTopps community wrong with exuberant shipping prices. I have several hundred eTopps cards in my online portfolio (somewhere around ***** or so). Many might be worth a good amount but, more are worth less than projected or purchased for. With eTopps shipping prices I figure it would cost me over $1,500.00 to have them shipped to me. I have asked about a physical address so I could travel and pick up my cards in person but, I have not gotten any kind of a response. I am more than happy that my cards are in their controlled environment but, I would like to take possession of my cards as well since the program has been long over.

      I don't know where to begin. Topps is a terrible, terrible company, and I'm not sure if Fanatics taking over will help things or not. I have a redemption card which has been "Pending" for a very long time. Normally, I'd try to be more patient with the redemption, but this same redemption card has been shipped and received by many other people already.... yet my status still says "Pending" with no change or updates. I called Topps recently to try and get to the bottom of it.... they assured me that they'd look into it and email me back. Two weeks later, still no word from them. Customer service is abysmal! I spent good money on the redemption card, and I want Topps to fulfill it!
