      Company engages in fraudulent and deceptive marketing practices, willfully disregards their guaranteed commitments to customers, and makes no effort to remediate thereafter. Truly terrible service and criminal in nature.

      Topps owes me an autographed ************************ won in the Topps Update 2022. I call and wait and they tell me its been received and not processed. Been calling since November 2022. Called again in January 2023 and again a few months ago. Its now August. Do I have to take them to court to fulfill their obligation for this card? They only made 10 of the card im owed.

      My son bought a topps redemption card on 6/13/2020 for his 13th Birthday using his birthday money, only to still be waiting on a ***************************** card and now he is 16. We have called repeatedly and no help they always say they are working on and the latest as of today excuse is we are in the process of moving we were bought out by someone else.. it is absolutely ridiculous.. My kid just wants his card we went and did all the steps for another card if they couldnt get *********************** autograph and still nothing..

      The lack of customer service is appalling! I ordered some of their products almost 2 months ago they screwed up the shipping and still has yet to arrive nor have I had any contact with customer service they just keep pushing it off to the next person. I highly recommend spending your money elsewhere like panini or a wholesaler because all they want is your money.

      Its been almost a year since Ive sent in my redemption card. After being forced to accept a substitution they still have not sent. Its absolutely unacceptable to make me wait this long. Im not buying for topps again. Its a slap in my face that I dont deserve

      Topps sells boxes with autographs and they are expensive. Some of the boxes Ive bought contained an autograph redemption card, which means you dont get the autograph, you have to send in the card to get the actual auto. The directions are to go to the Topps website and enter the code numbers and then wait up to *************************************************** was ***************************************************************************** where the card is. The told me I can substitute another card, but their choice?!? I told them I didnt want to risk getting a player I didnt like. The customer service ppl, who I have spoken to numerous times, will not help, even though it is well past their 15 week deadline they agreed to. I have another one I submitted 14 weeks ago and will have the same issue.

      Topps Homerun challenge cards were voided after allowing a full month of entries. On page 3 of 12 of a pdf file, it says your entry must be before 4 am eastern but on the website when you went to pick days, it highted the current day until gametime, had a pain todays option and allowed entries. They admitted this was a glitch in their system but voided all entries without giving the codes back to the consumers or giving the winning cards to them. They said there is nothing they can do but also saying it was an issue with their website. Its a mistake on their end that they refuse to fix and honor. Terrible company with terrible service. I hope someone takes this a little farther to make them accountable for their error.

      Topps loses customer redemption cards. They treat customers like they are dishonest. **************** is terrible. I mailed a redemption card and wrote down all of my information on a separate piece of paper. Nothing more thank a Mariners Brash auto. Nothing in 6 months. Call CS twice. Both times they have none of my information. CS would not let me talk to a manager. Was told they would contact me when they had time. I was ************* off by them. When I insisted on speaking to someone else, they automatically switch to the mode that I am being difficult - all when they are the ones not honoring their redemption obligation. Dont buy their cards. They cant be trusted.

      Spend over $1000 immediately to pull all autograph cards MISSING the autographs. All 3. Then, they tell u it may take 8 months to replace, and they cat guarantee it'll be the same. The whole thing is a fraud. They're thieves. They take your money, admit they messed up, but make u wait almost a year for replacements that u don't even know what they'll be. There should be a class-action suit against them. Their overall quality control is basically non-existent. Always something wrong with the cards. Off-center, missing autos, and other ridiculous quality issues. No more buying Topps while they're this bad. It's sad. They take the enjoyment out of collecting their brand. Too scary. Inconsistent.

      This company is the WORST when it comes to customer service!! I am an eTopps customer and needed assistance with getting my online account reset. I called customer service twice and spoke with ***** and then ***** and neither could resolve my issue while on the phone. They said a manager would need to send me an email with a link to reset my account. Have not received anything yet. I emailed their customer dept about 1/2 dozen times with no resolution. I called their corporate number in NYC and was given an email address to contact regarding my issue. I've emailed that individual and included the CEO/President of the company twice, no reply!! I would NEVER do business with this company and NEVER purchase any of their products EVER AGAIN!!!!
