      Went bowling with my son based on Sunday Special:
      SUNDAY FUNDAY
      Discover the most entertaining way to end your weekend—with $5.99 games and arcade card deals after 6pm.
      $5.99 GAMES OF BOWLING
      $5.99 Shoe Rental
      $3 FOR A $6 ARCADE CARD
      *Sundays starting at 6pm. Subject to lane.
      They refused to honor the advertised price, explanation was - it's a Holiday.
      In the ad, no comments about holidays.
      I feel that Corporation should respect their Special offers or make changes on their Web-site.
      Extremely disappointed. Will not return to this location!

      I received a letter from Bowlero stating I no longer can go to their bowling centers, anywhere. Sure, I drank when I was on league but who doesn't? I've never fought with anyone, kicked machines, or yelled in public at the center. I've never done anything like that and believe me I've seen worse.
      But, some ***** ******** **** for Southern California gave me a message stating I cannot bowl anymore, ANYWHERE.
      I have ADHD and mild autism, which is why I may be talkative at times and seem annoying, but the discrimination that has occurred toward me by a Carlos Manager at Norco Bowlero and Rob General Manager has really upset me and I want justice and answers. I have NEVER heard of anyone banned from all bowling alleys for doing what I did, which was nothing bad at all.

      This business advertises a deal on ******* but when I went into the location, I was told it was not valid. I read all of the fine print and was not given any reason other than a “sorry it’s not working”. ******* says the deal is not refundable and the business won’t reply to me.

      I booked a last minute birthday party for my son on 9/01. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to cancel the party. I reached out on 9/03 about a canceling. i had already paid the initially deposit to hold the date which was $343. when I was finally able to speak to someone about the cancellation, I was told because I was out of the 30 day range i could not get a refund. I find this to be completely unreasonable and absolutely ******** considering from the date of booking to the actually party I never even had 30 days to begin with. I was pretty much told to reschedule or your s*** out of luck because they will still charge me FULL PRICE OF THE ***** $684.03!!! rescheduling wasn't something i was interested in especially after hearing this is how they do business. I assumed maybe losing my initial deposit of $343 was reasonable but to charged of the whole amount is just Absurd. I've never dealt with a company whos refund policy made absolutely no sense considering there was never 30 days to start. Had the sales person mentioned that I was outside of their 30 day cancellation period I definitely would have been more hesitant to book. So much for company curtesy. ALMOST $700 DOWN THE DRAIN. For a Place that host events for Kids you would think wouldn't be so ridged and could be more understanding
