they literally told me they dont reference the spot price off kitco or any silver tracking service when i asked them about it, they said they MAKE UP their own spot price and determine it whenever, silver shot down 20 cents when i was checking out and i did an experiment, and guess what they shot the price up 10 cents. They told me oh this is what all the sites do but other bullion site rates went down (not the whole amount but around 5 cents) with the drop. Do not trust these people they are located in ******** im their neighbor and they are shady and have little knowledge about silver or gold. They just want to make a quick dollar. This company is an F and i hope people realize soon there are better, more trustworthy people to buy metals off of.Bullion Exchanges

5 starsListen, this is coming from a real person that knows what theyre talking about. All these reviews that arent five stars are complaining about things that these guys are actually better than everybody else at which is ridiculous like the guy down there that says one star 9.99 over spot. Come on theres no context to that. What do you think theyre gonna offer coins at the spot, Are you dumb? Any of the reviews leaving one stars are from extremely uneducated people that dont know how to buy gold or silver. These guys are top-notch and I have spent tens of thousands of dollars nervous at first but now I dont even bat an eye everything is perfect and they keep you up-to-date on everything, I appreciate them and they are one of the true way. Ive saved thousands of dollars buying gold and silver. Placed an order, never received it due to them using the cheapest mail service possible and it getting stolen or lost. Tried getting a refund or replacement, they said take it up with the mail service. They hide behind the small print on the user agreement and now I'm out money with nothing to show for it.Bullion Exchanges

However, once the carrier, in this case ***** marks the package as delivered, liability for the package is transferred to the customer. For orders marked as delivered, we rely on **** to confirm any delivery ********* this instance, **** confirmed that the package was delivered correctly to the address provided at the time of your purchase, and their investigation did not indicate any misdelivery or issue on their end. Without documentation from **** showing otherwise, we are unable to escalate this matter further. Bullion Exchanges send you to much spam email and their unsubscribe button does not exist. They give you a big long address that has more characters than you can remember. This seems to be on purpose.Bullion Exchanges

I've had nothing but good experiences with Bullion Exchanges. They offer competitive pricing, usually better than other online bullion retailers. **************** is also excellent, I needed to call them and was very happy with the outcome.
