A auto-renewal came throught for annual NFL+ subscription, and there is no way to ask for a refund. They say to use the chat, but it only points me to articles that tell me to keep using the chat. There is no way to get hold of anyone, and I fear I will not recieve my $50.Business Response

November 2023 I order ******* and used it for a few months and uninstalled the app due to my football team not being played. NFL plus ap doesn't function, pay for the subscription, can't stream anything, can't even manage my account. and there is absolutely no way to contact customer service. the chat is an AI robot that only goes in loops and the email ticket an AI response that isn't even real english. it literally said " please updates and assistance tailored to your NFL fan needs." what does that even mean. this is absurd.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:The email has always been ******************* In trying to resolve this issue, close the account, and not get charged again I removed all info from the nfl account so maybe that is why you cant locate it Please provide NFL contact information so I can speak with someone to get my money back, close the account, and ensure I am never charged again. Or have someone call me at ************** again to resolve these issues and receive a refund.

I was unable to cancel an annual subscription for NFL + that automatically renewed at $99.99 on 9/3/24 and an email was sent afterwards on 9/6/24 notifying me that it was renewed . I am a senior, going through some medical issues and cannot afford this subscription, nor do I need his subscription. I tried to contact the website, using chat (an automated bot) that does not respond to individual circumstances. I also called the helpline, also an automated run phone line that does not address individual issues. I tried phoning the main office and followed the directions given to me, which returned me to the automated bot. There is no way to contact them through email, or phone, so I am at a loss. The BBB is my last resort, so I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue and obtaining a refund. It is an extremely disappointing and frustrating ordeal. Currently, the charge is pending with my credit card, so I am unable to dispute the charge at this time. I have no supporting documents because everything is automated. Purchased NFL sunday ticket and YoutubeTV to watch the ****************** The advertisements all state "every NFL game" and "don't miss a thing". However, to my dismay I was told by them that I cannot watch the ***************** vs. the Eagles. I paid well over 500 dollars to watch the NFL games and was told I need to spend another 9 dollars to stream it off of *******. This is anti-consumer and borders on the line of false advertising. I signed up for a free NFL+ trial subscription in December 2022. The subscription auto-renewed without my consent and has been charging me since. I can't access my account to cancel the subscription and have contacted the NFL on multiple occasions about trying to access my account and cancelling my account, but they only send me to chatbots who cannot answer my questions. I tried to preemptively block their company's charge last year (September 2023) with my Discover card. However, the NFL then tried charging me again after I had blocked them and the transaction went through. I am now cancelling my Discover card solely because the NFL won't stop charging it without my consent.I have now paid $68.96 to the NFL without consent and have another charge pending on my credit card for $54.74.Business Response

Yesterday, on 9-4-24, I was charged an automatic renewal of $57.23 for NFL Plus (annual subscription). I have tried numerous times to contact this business and request a cancellation of the service with a refund without success. This company has no functioning customer service, and if you call their number, you just get a rotating punchlist, and they ultimately hang up on you. They say they offer refunds under certain circumstances, but they offer no way to request it.Business Response

An annual renewal for ******* was auto renewed and charged to my account on file. I was not given any notice of this renewal and therefore did not have time to cancel and I have no use for this service. I'd like to know why the ******* service does not send a reminder of renewal.
