The breakdown:1. I entered a season ticket holder coupon code when I purchased NFL Plus Premium (Annual). The website accepted the coupon and told me my balance was $59.99. I accepted. 2. I received a confirmation with a stated amount of $99.99. I checked with my credit card company and confirmed that I was overcharged by $40. 3. I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago regarding this overcharge and did not receive a response.4. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge by providing supporting documentation. They agreed, credited me the $40 and said they would be in contact with the NFL to help get this resolved.5. During this time, my subscription worked fine and I was able to use it fully.6. Shortly after, the subscription disappeared from my account with notification or reason . I followed the normal technical steps but nothing helped, it was gone. I though perhaps the NFL was fixing the issue with the overcharge, but when I checked with my credit card company, there was no credit for the payment I made to the NFL. The NFL kept the money and took away the product.7. I requested that the credit card company extended the dispute to cover the entire $99.99. I made it clear that I would still be willing to purchase the subscription at the agreed upon $59.99 price if they could facilitate getting this resolved. They agreed. At this point the NFL has had zero communication with me.9. I put through another ticket and received what appeared to be an automated response that had zero useful information.10. I found a number for the NFL's Marketing and Communications ***** and took a chance on calling. She recommended sending another email to support but this time ignoring the first couple AI emails and waiting to get a real person.11. I tried the above method and reached a "person". Their response was clearly AI generated and had nothing to do with my issues. Still cannot connect to a human, still waiting for a resolution.Business Response

While I am quite happy and am grateful for the offer of the code and refund, I have yet to receive the promised refund mentioned in the letter from the NFL. If there is something I can do on my end to help facilitate the process (providing my information, etc.), please let me know. In the meantime, I will submit this as "not resolved" until the refund is received. Please also note, that there is a current active dispute on the initial payment with my credit card company. Misleading subscription change options, no refund yet issued. On September 8, I attempted to cancel my membership for NFL+ online. There was a "change subscription" button, which I clicked, but this automatically changed my subscription to a higher level ($16.08 including tax) and immediately charged the amount. I attempted to request a refund through the NFL+ website but have received no response in what's now 5 business days.Business Response

According to my bank, I was fraudulently charged $54.74 by ************************ on 09-05-24 and it posted to my account on ********. I have called various numbers to speak to a live CS person at NFL+ to remove this subscription and receive a full refund with no success. I even contacted NFL SHOP because a live person did answer that number. They directed me to the same phone number I had previously called for NFL+ with no success. They also gave me an email address to use which I had already seen previously advertised. The email I sent to that address came back as undeliverable. This is a SCAM business practice that needs to be resolved for me immediately. I see the same thing has happened to others.Business Response

I subscribed to NFL+ Basic (cancelable at any time) and now it will not let me cancel my subscription. I have tried through my phone and by logging on to my computer. I purchased an NFL+ Premium subscription at 12:51 PM and tried to watch on my TV, because the ad said it could be watched on TV. I then find out that it is not accessible on my TV, and requested a refund immediately (called at 1:09 PM). However, the customer service number is a robot and there is no way to contact a real person, and as seen on the screenshots, the virtual assistant went in complete circles and did not help at all. The Ad (schreenshot attached) said it is accessible via TV, even though that is not true. I would appreciate assistance in contacting the NFL to issue a refund - I have not used the subscription at all and immediately contacted them when I realized there was an issue. We don't see the additional charge you mentioned, so it might be under a different email address.

On 9/5/24 I received an email from the nfl that "Due to an error, the 30-day renewal notification for your NFL+ Annual subscription was incorrectly sent out yesterday. Please note that your payment has beenprocessed and you have been charged $49.99 plus applicable taxes." I cancelled this account at the end of last season. In addition, my credit card that was billed had been cancelled and funds were withdrawn from my checking account on 9/5/24 in the amount of $58.86. I am challenging that charge. I went to the NFL website and it says I need to subscribe to access my account. I tried using their "bot" - webchat but it keeps sending me to "articles." I canceled my NFL+ subscription several days before it was set to renew, so I was surprised to receive an email on 9/5/24 at 11:31 PM CST notifying me that my subscription had been renewed. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed a charge of $108.24. I went to the NFL Network website to find a phone number or chat option to speak with a live agent to resolve this issue but found none. There was no way to contact a live customer service representative; the only options were chatbots that sent me in circles without addressing my concerns or an option to send an email. I find it frustrating that a service like this lacks a way to connect with a live agent. I am requesting a refund of $108.24, as I did cancel my subscription. Furthermore, the service never worked as it should, with multiple issues throughout my use. As I researched how to speak with a representative, I discovered that many other customers had similar complaints. This service does not work as advertised, and the lack of live support only makes it worse.Business Response
