I placed an order with Elie Tahari online through an Instagram ad on January 10, ****. Throughout the entire order process I kept checking to make sure no items were marked as final sale because they were discounted. I took photos of my cart. I would not have purchased all the items if they were final sale because I recently had a baby and wasnt positive of sizing. After I placed the order the confirmation had almost all the items marked as final sale. At no point until then were they marked that way. I did go into the website itself afterwards and they were marked that way if I had placed the order directly through the website, but they were not marked that way if you placed the order through Instagram. I checked again on Instagram 4 days later and they still were marked that way. I received the order on January 14th and immediately reached out via email to their customer service providing photos and asking for it to be resolved and allow me to return 2 items. No response. I reached out again on January 16th via email. No response. I reached out again on January 17th via email, twice because I received an email from them on the 1 item that I was able to return online, but no response to my questions or emails. On January 18th and January 19th I tried the customer service chat option instead. No response. On January 22, I called their customer service line. No one answered the phone. I left a detailed voicemail. No response. I sent a 5th email this morning expressing my sincere frustration with their customer service. I have been reaching out to Elie Tahari for almost a full week now in every single way they provide and I have yet to receive any response.Customer Answer

I placed an order and wish to receive a refund for the price difference of 40%. I have tried repeatedly via text, email, phone and ******** to reach someone to assist me. I ordered a coat on 12/28 and received a confirmation of the order. However, I did not receive any shipping information so I contacted the seller via the phone number listed for customer service, I tried over 10 times and no one EVER answers. I then left a voicemail. No one responded. On 1/2 I sent an email and 1/3 followed up again. I have not received any response to my inquires. This appears to be a pattern of conduct for this business given the other complaints. I would like to know when my coat will be shipped OR be issued an immediate refund. This is my first experience with Tahari online and I will not do business with them again. Their customer service is lacking.Customer Answer

Hello my complaint is in regards to the comments made in regards to my question for **** Tahari to add the affiliation link to my order as I had forgotten to and if purchased through the link they will get a commission this was the response I got and when the chat had ended the communication between chat about what I had sent was deemed weird and they wouldnt click it I contacted customer service for them to trying manipulate and change the narrative it is disgusting. This was the message I sent them and the responses between staff if it wasnt for a system error I would of never of seen the way they was speaking about me and why I wanted commission paid to the website that would in turn support a charity. On July 26, 2023, I purchased three bottles of perfume from Elie Tahari, and I received three bottles of perfume. However, one of the bottles was not the correct item. I ordered/paid for Desert Sun and received French Kiss. I have sent multiple emails, left multiple messages, and attempted to utilize the chat option more than once with no response. I just want the correct item sent. I will be happy to return the incorrect item, but I can't get any response. I ordered 4 dresses from Elie Tahari's website. They arrived. Three did not fit, and one was not the correct color dress I ordered. I returned them all the next day via mail in the same box they were sent to me in. I only received a refund for the three dresses that didn't fit. I did not get a refund for the one dress that was the wrong color ($298 plus sales tax). I called the customer service number, left a message, and got no response. I emailed the customer service email last week and was told that the warehouse needed to be contacted. I did not hear back, so I emailed again and heard nothing back. After reading reviews of Elie Tahari from other customers on BBB, it sounds like this is a common practice. I would like a refund of my money for the dress I returned and would rather not have to file a complaint in small claims court. I'm sure Tahari would rather not receive such a complaint either.Customer Answer

I purchased two suits October 2022. Neither one worked out for me so I wanted to return them but one of them now was deemed "final sale." It was NOT a final sale item when I purchased it and nowhere on my receipt did it say final sale. In any event, I emailed Elie Tahari approximately 6x to let them know about this return. No one responded. I also called them about 10x. No one picked up the phone, ever. I returned the two suits with a note inside with the issue. However, they only credited me one suit. I am still owed the amount for the second suit. Not a single email, call or anything from them to resolve this issue. So now they also have the second suit but have not credited it back to me. I will never do business with them again. Which is too bad b/c I would have bought the suits in the right size had they paid attention to their customer service.Customer Answer
