      On January 23, 2023 I placed an order for a Tahari Stitched Faux Fur Hood Puffer coat in Galaxy color, size Medium. The transaction went through and I received a confirmation email from Elie Tahari.I waited patiently while my order was processed and through the shipping process. When my coat was delivered, it was clear in broad daylight that the color wasnt what I ordered. The tag on the sleeve said Galaxy but the color is clearly Dark Slate, not what I ordered.  **************** claimed it was a mistake made in the warehouse that the coat was tagged improperly and just as I had suspected, they are out of the color and size that I ordered, so through no fault of my own, I dont get my order. They asked if I would like to purchase another coat instead or would I prefer a refund. I replied Refund please. This was all via email, I still havent gotten to speak to anyone directly! I have serious concerns regarding how long it will take to get my refund. I paid $132.28 which includes the cost of the coat ($109.65), tax ($7.90), and ground delivery ($14.73).I want the exact coat I ordered or a prompt refund and I want a human being from customer service to call me with a confirmation of exactly when I can expect to receive either the coat I ordered or a full refund.

      I placed an order with Elli Tahari online on Dec 24th for slim fit pant (order #******) I received a completely different pant. I have emailed them and called multiple times and have gotten no response. I would like the item I paid for or a refund .

      Better Business Bureau:

      The business promptly contacted me after the complaint was filed with BBB. This is after they ignored 3 emails and 3 voicemails and 2 messages on instagram to correct the wrong order.

      If you look at the complaints against this business it is a pattern of behavior to ignore customer complaints. At this time they have emailed me that they will ship the correct item. I wish to keep the complaint open till I receive the correct item

      I place an order for two blouses in XL order number:#**********I received the rose blouse in the correct size but the black button up lace shirt came in size XS. I went to *** and sent the black blouse back . I wrote an email asking that you send me the black blouse in size XL, but never received an answer . Tried to call customer service but no response.Please send me the black blouse in the correct size or refund the money

      I purchased a suit jacket in late October and the company sent me the wrong item. Order number ********. The company then re-sent me the correct suit jacket in beginning of November, and it was too small Order number ********. I shipped it back to them with the return label that the company provided me, and it has been over a month and I have not received a refund for this nearly $300 order. Every time that I email customer service I dont receive a response. I have tried emailing them and calling them at least a half dozen times, they have ignored every single attempt. I want my money back. This is fraud.
