      Zara is absolutely lying to customers about the sizing of their clothes. I purchased a large bandeau top and attempted to try it on. I got my head and one arm through and could not get it down any further, no matter what I did. I ended up having to cut it off. My measurements are 38/33/37, I wear a Large in all tops, and even their website measurement guide suggested a Large. This top WAS NOT a large no matter what the tag said. And judging by other reviews and Reddit posts, a lot of shoppers have issues with their sizing. Zara has deceptive business practices and I will never shop here again.

      Ive never written a BBB review before, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the lack of customer service I encountered with **********************. After purchasing two items in-store a Zara in ********* with cash, I misplaced my receipt. Zara's return policy does not allow for any return or even store credit without a receipt a fact I only learned after investing significant time and effort trying to find receipt. I was told by Zara cs to email them with details to help locate the transaction. I provided the exact time, date, store location, payment method, and even the style numbers, but was still told they were unable to locate the ********** was incredibly frustrating to return to another store (store 1260) in which I spoke with ****** the manager, hopeful that this information would at least allow for a merchandise credit only to be told that **absolutely no return or exchange is possible without a receipt regardless of **************** make matters worse, while searching for the receipt in-store at the initial store that I tried to return the merchandise at 42nd and 5th, I feared I had left behind an extremely important folder on the counter. When I tried to call that particular Zara store to ask if it had been found, I discovered that **there is no way to contact a Zara store directly by phone**. **************** could not connect me or even check for me they simply said I would need to return to the store in person. They said theyd try to email the store, but I never heard back from them. This raises serious concerns. What if someone left behind medication or irreplaceable item? A company of Zaras size and standing should provide basic access to individual stores for urgent matters and should consider a more supportive approach to returns.I am still hoping Zara will work with me and make an exception by allowing me to return the items under these circumstances.I am more than willing to cooperate in any way needed to resolve this fairly.

      It's bad enough that I had to get through their AI chatbot excuse me, the "virtual assistant" before I could speak to a human being, but it turns out that the actual human being was even worse! I have never experienced such rude, condescending responses to a completely calm and politely worded customer service inquiry in my life. I've been a longtime Zara customer, but between their $5 mail return fee for online orders (I don't live near a Zara storehow is this my fault?) & the incredibly rude responses from their CS, I'm over it.

      Earlier in the month at another Zara store ,I had purchased a pair of shorts and was not aware that receipts are texted not printed. At the time I asked the manager for a receipt, but he said they were having problems with the printer and can only text it. The shorts did not fit and I searched everywhere for the receipt. I finally went to the store to do an exchange and management refused. I Explained the situation that the other store could not print a receipt. The sales clerk explained that theyre going paperless. This is a company looking out for themselves and not their customer. I believe theyre doing that to deter legitimate returns. I asked to speak to the manager and she acted put out and rude. On top of that, I was purchasing clothes for my daughter and it was a couple hundred dollars. My credit card was charged three times and when I questioned the manager she acted annoyed and talk down to me like I should know that the charge was only pending.. I told her the bank is now holding that money aside for me not to be able to use now and how did I know that charge was gonna fall off two more times this is very bad business practices. The manager was a short Asian and really should learn to talk to her customers more respectfully

      ******** customer service. They intentionally refuse to help resolve order problems. Their courier lost my package, which I contacted Zara about to get a refund and they've all but accused me of lying. 10 items are missing, they insist it's only one. I cannot get them to escalate my issue, the call center operators have ensured that I will never be a Zara customer again. I can't believe how disgusting they are to their customers.

      I am horrified and left seething after dealing with Zara customer service chat. They are so horribly trained, incompetent, unhelpful, and absolutely do not have a culture centered around their customers. I bought a pair of boots that did not have any noticeable damage on them. I tried them on in my house and they were too large, so I immediately packaged them up and shipped them back. Then I received an email saying that the boots were in worn condition and that they couldn't accept my return. No, I did not go out wearing too large boots with the tags still attached, and then try to return them. The soles were in perfect condition. But after explaining to Zara customer support that if they felt something was not right about the boots it must have been how they were sent to me, and sending photos which clearly show they are unworn, they refused to say anything back to me except "the warehouse determined these are in worn condition, we can't do anything for you." I am so disappointed. I love zara clothing, especially for my 2 year old, and now will never shop there again.

      Their customer service is the worst. So much so they rely on automatic registers to check out their customers and they believe so heartedly they are accurate when they have failed and made pay for items I didnt buy and promised the pending charge would go away and if it didnt to then dispute with my bank. So I did and they countered. Such a scam.

      I am extremely disappointed with Zara USA's customer service. I have been a loyal customer for years, shopping with them multiple times a month. However, I recently encountered a refund issue with an order, I returned a white dress a few weeks ago, but despite receiving refunds for other items, this particular one has not been refunded.Ive contacted Zaras customer service several times, and their response has been incredibly unhelpful and dismissive. Their attitude has been very poor, and its disheartening to see such a lack of concern for a loyal customer. I expected much better service from a brand Ive trusted for so long.

      Zara has a disgusting online service. I request a refund on a completely new items, shipped them to the warehouse. They held items for more than a month and did not notify me, no refund issued and I got all items back and do not know what to do with them. Everything was unworn, new and unaltered. Do your refunds at the physical store.

      I do not understand why Zara keeps playing with my money and the nerve that they have to disrespect me is absurd. How can a customer service Agent disrespect me this? I have a birthday party planned for my daughter and now I dont have an outfit and they refuse to help me. This is my hard earned money and I am a customer. I come first. Customers do make your business ********************** just incase you forgot. Send me my money or replace my items because I will not have my babys birthday go to waste. Try someone else. Learn how to treat and respect customers.
