      My experience with Zara has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. On 10/2, I visited their ***************** store in **********, **, searching for a suit for a formal work event. Although they didnt have my size in-store, the manager kindly showed me how to use the express checkout feature on the Zara app to find and purchase my size at another location. I placed an order for pickup at the Del Amo store and received an email confirmation.The following day, I drove an hour to the Del Amo store only to be told they had no record of my order. After waiting an hour, the manager there helped me cancel the order and re-purchase the suit with his employee discount to make up for the inconvenience. However, the suit did not fit, and I couldnt wear it to my event. On 10/13, I attempted to return the items at the ***************** store but was informed I could not return them due to the employee discount. I was told I had to return them to the ******* store or contact customer service who would send me an envelope to return the items. When I contacted customer service on 10/15, I received conflicting answers from multiple representatives, including being hung up on three times. The final representative claimed I cannot return the items at all due to the employee discount, which I was never informed of at the time of purchase. I requested a copy of this policy but the representative said he could not send it to me.This situation is beyond frustrating. Ive received inconsistent information from their staff, wasted countless hours, and still have no resolution. Do not purchase from Zara if you ever think youll need to return the item. They are not customer friendly and will steal your money.

      Had 2 order 2 sizes of exact same dress to ensure proper fit. Promptly returned one dress in orginal shipping box. Dress was tried on once. Still had tags. Was careful not to have wet hair, perfume on, etc. dress received by Zara 10-3. Had to call twice because they didnt show they were processing return. Each time told would escalate but never received update. Upon calling for third time was told dress was received in obvious non returnable state. They could not tell me specifics. Was told it will be another 48 hrs before email sent which might have info on them returning the worn dress. But Im not getting my refund. Horrible return experience. Will not buy from them again even in store. Do not buy from them if you think you might have to return something.

      I have an issue with one of zara store and I chat with customer service on app , and they said there is nothing we can do . The store associate did not let me see the manager so I try my chance through the main customer service and no luck!

      Zara is straight trash!!!! **************** is the worst Ive ever dealt with. This company seems like one big scam. All the reviews are the same and they dont care. Never again! Too bad there was no option to give them 0 stars

      ******** experience with my recent online purchase. I wanted to give a Zero star if I could. First, the pants are way larger than it labeled. I purchased a pair of 32 and it is at least 35 at waist, yes, I did measure the waist after receiving them. So I tried to exchange it online. Then I was told that since I purchased through ***** pay, no exchange is available. I didn't get any notice or alert when I paid it online through ***** pay. I called customer service since I have never had similar experience with other brands, then the lady at customer service told me that there is nothing she can do, it's what it is. I can't talk to her manager because her manager doesn't take calls, there is no email or anything I could report my recent purchase experience. I have to pay shipping fee to return it. We do not have a local store and the nearest is 5hours away. I feel so frustrated of my experience, item size off, unreasonable return policy and horrible customer service. This is my last time deal with Zara, I will find other brands which value their customers.

      ******** experience with customer service! I paid for a dress at the store that wasnt available in a clean state, so they sent a new one for pick up at the store. This was done on 9/8. Two weeks later I went to the store to inquire about the dress. They had no record and told me to call customer service. The lady was nice and sent a replacement to my house. They sent the wrong dress! I called again, I mailed the wrong dress back and they sent me an email that another replacement was coming. However, this time I would have to pick it up from the store!!! I called customer service again and spoke to the rudest representative (****) who said theres nothing they can do. I asked them to have the store mail it to me. He said they cant!!! I called customer right back to speak to someone new. Another rude **** took a very long time to get my info so knew they left a negative note about my complaints. I hung up. Zara failed to take responsibility, and I have to wait till 10/3 to PICK UP my dress from the store. The worst customer service representative Ive ever experienced!

      If you order anything online from Zara, make sure to never return online and to do so in stores. This company is the worst! I sent over a dress I never even tried on, because it was clearly too small, to return. It still had the tags and it was still in the same condition I got it in but it was rejected for having stains. When I got it back, it was clearly not in the condition I sent it in. I tried contacting customer service but they refused to help me. I dont think Ive ever dealt with such terrible customer service. Now Im stuck with a dress that is ruined and too small.

      My online order was charged to my card but after 2 months I still have not received the order. Very disappointed with my favorite brand! The customer service I contacted 5 times is simply useless.

      If you dont put your direct card payment information into the app, you will be forced to return your order despite seeking an exchange. They ship clothing that has bodily discharge on it and they return/exchange policy is just harmful to the consumer.
