      Purchased an engraved perfume bottle for my nieces graduation. Upon receipt, it was chipped. I sent a photo, called customer service 6 times trying to get a replacement and was given 6 different answers including promised to expedite a replacement in time for graduation. In the end replacement was denied as though I caused the chip! When the return receipt was emailed to me, YSL deducted shipping and engraving costs and used the reason "Customer no longer wanted item" which is an absolute lie! I very much wanted the item however, without the chip! *** would not replace the gift and deducted charges they should have absorbed. Misleading and appalling customer service. They essentially told me take it or too bad.

      My family and I have been targeted and discriminated against. Lancome-*** has prohibited us from purchasing from their website and they do not give a valid reason why? I have spoken to supervisor **** and *********, and they refuse to give me an email to their corporate offices or a phone number to a superior. They inform me that upper management has notified them to notify me that I am not allowed to purchase form their website. This is discrimination and we are being targeted for no just reasons. I have documentation to prove how they continue to block our purchases by claiming that the credit card companies are not authorizing them, and we have contacted the many different cards we have tried to use, more than 10 among my husband, my daughter, my mom and myself and they all confirmed that Lancome is the one canceling the orders. After many arguments back and forth for a total of 5 days, they finally decided to inform me that I am no longer authorized to make purchases on their website, again, no valid reasons why. Discrimination is punishable by law. Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title II) - Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin in places of public accommodation (including retail stores and online businesses).I am strongly considering seeking legal representation against Lancome for being discriminated against.With this complaint I am seeking to receive a written letter or email from Lancome-USA explaining to me why are they doing this to me and my family? What are the reasons for blocking 4 members of a family from making purchases on their website.

      I returned unopened products from *************, a division of ******** They acknowledged receipt on March 30, 2025. However, I have not received a refund from this manufacturer after multiple contacts. They are now saying "the check is in the mail" Their products are expensive and their customer service is horrible. I feel scammed.

      I set up a recurring order with Lancome. Lancome is owned by ******** My recurring order was set up for 6 months. I received my recurring order in only 3 months. When I contacted the company to inquire about fixing the situation they sent the same standard email 3 times not even addressing my concern. When I inquired about returning the product they stopped communicating with me. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Especially considering how expensive their products are to purchase.

      Complete Rip Off I purchased the Skinceuticals Discoloration serum directly from the company for $110, but they will not allow this review to be posted in their site. I tried twice but I think consumers need to know. I started using this serum religiously with sunscreen from the first day it was received on December 19. Its been over a month with no change at all. Its done absolutely nothing for the spots. Its like applying water. I find it shameful that so many dermatologists are endorsing this product and giving it credibility, when it makes not one iota of difference to the skin. I wish Id paid attention to the reviews instead of the dermatologists. The product is $110 for 30 ml which after a months use is probably at 15 ml. I was advised by ************* to keep using the product for another 2 months to see results which would amount to another $110 or more. No thanks. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Believe the 1 star reviews because theyre true. If youre not on a budget like I am and have $110 burning a hole in your pocket, go for it. But just remember that its $110 youll never get back. Do not waste your money.

      They post false promo codes that do not apply to items with no apparent or clear T&C, even after reaching out to CS they were not only BLATANTLY RUDE but also could not direct me to any source where this information could actually be found. To summarize, their promo codes are simply false and theyll get you to subscribe on false pretenses, i have no clue how this is legal

      This company is awful! I called last year to check and see that their products were safe for pregnant women to use and was told it was. I began using their products thinking they were safe since the company themselves told me so!Fast forward a year later and I ordered some of their products through a 3rd party vendor. Once I received them, I found out that their products had actually NOT been tested on pregnant women and when I looked up their products on *** to determine if they were clean, only one of the products ordered was deemed safe for pregnant women. I called the 3rd party vendor to explain and try to return the products, but due to their return policy they would not allow me to do so. I called Skinceuticals back to explain the situation and was extremely upset as I was lied to originally by someone in their company. They told me that I would have to return the products to the 3rd party and they said they could not help me but did apologize that I was given the wrong information. I spent over $200 on their products that I cannot use or return and all they can say was sorry?! I even asked to escalate the issue and was still told there was nothing they could do.I think they are an awful business! So someone in their company lies about their products being safe for pregnant women and I get stuck wasting money that I do not have and they get away with no repercussions. How is that even fair? I will make sure to let everyone know not purchase their products as they seem shady and aren't willing to right their wrong!

      I bought an itcosmetics cc cream because they were buy one get one free. When I got my product there was only one in the box. I checked my order online to make sure I didnt make a mistake and it said 2 items. I called thinking this would be an easy fix and the customer service representative argued with me the whole time saying I ordered it one day past the sale. I asked why then would it say 2 in the basket and the price was for one and she claimed that the 2nd item in the basket was for shipping. When I said it was shipped on the same day she said yes because her argument was that I ordered on the 19th and that it was boxed and shipped that same day. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she would not let me. She kept saying the supervisor would agree with her and the answer would be the same. I said I still wanted to speak to a supervisor and she said non was available. I asked for a call back and that was 5 days ago. Worst customer service *** ever had anywhere! Ive been buying these cosmetics for probably 10 years but they just lost my business.

      My son ordered cologne from them, $160.00 - I returned it, received an email that the return would be processed quickly (up to 7 business days) - that was May 10, 2024, still have no refund as of July 1, 2024.

      Bought several hundred dollars on Lancme website in mid November intended as Thanksgiving gift for mom and never received the package. *** showed package delivery to my apartment locker however the locker system never sent any automatic emails on the package receipt (it would if a package actually got delivered). Nor was there any delivery photos. Called Lancme customer service to report the issue and filed a case for investigation. A month later I received an email from their representative named ******************* apologizing for my bad experience and asking whether I would want a replacement or refund. I replied confirming my preference to get a replacement so it could be used as Christmas gift to mom instead, and sent my address again to her. Then no replies after that. Followed up with multiple emails in the next few months and not sure what happened. Finally called after several months of waiting for a potential replacement package but never received anything, was told by agent **** saying she didnt know what happened with my previous filed case and had to open a new case for investigation since the old case notes were confusing. Then a couple days later I received an email from their representative ******* saying they were unable to assist because the order was too old!?!? And how generous were they offering me a 10% code to compensate for my >$300 loss!?!? Totally absurd. Their poor and confusing customer services was the reason I havent received any thing for the hundreds of dollars paid, after several months of waiting at this point. I would advise not purchasing any Lancme product again, and certainly not from their own website. Lancme doesnt care about their customers, nor are they responsible for any of their own mistakes.
