      Bought the B61 Hair color, trying to a lighter on my hair, shows pictures from dark brown to medium. Thats a joke, didnt work at all, It worked on my roots bleaching them out,. Spoke with customer service and was spoke to like I was stupid. Said I should ahve read the fine print that must use a lightener before or have lighter natural hair. Did not offer a coupon or anything for wasting $14. on their c*** product. i will make sure I let everyone know and never buy from them again. The rely on people just saying well dang didnt work and go buy more. Not me!!

      Skinceuticals will not update my shipping address on an IN PROCESS order even though it has NOT shipped yet. Now my $200 order will be shipped to an address I no longer live out across the country. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

      Inflexible, Misleading and ****************** I recently placed an order on their website, I opted to use ApplePay for the transaction. Unbeknownst to me, this changed my shipping address to an outdated one. I realized this mistake immediately after I received the receipt by email and immediately contacted SkinCeuticals customer service, hoping for a quick resolution.However, the response I received was both inflexible, unhelpful, and unbelievable. The representative informed me that it was impossible to either cancel my order or change the shipping address. They suggested that I could modify the address once the package was in transit with the courier, which turned out to be false information as I was not able to do this.What's more baffling is the fact that the package did not ship until three days after my order was placed so this delay makes it even more incomprehensible as to why they couldn't accommodate a change or cancellation in that time. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company.The lack of willingness to assist a customer in rectifying a simple address error is unacceptable, especially given the delay in dispatching the order. Be wary of their service policies and poor customer support.

      The Lancome "rewards" is clearly a scam. I suspect the entire website may be. I can accept that I have never put an item in my cart that "qualifies" for the 30% discount that they blast all over their website. However, I am writing about the rewards program, What a joke! They are typically out of stock and then they have the colossal nerve to ******* you with this time sensitive emails about how you need to hurry up and use the rewards because they will "expire". My most recent experience, I was actually able to place a rewards order and naturally they charged me $8 for standard shipping. I never got the "free" product. What I did get was an email, the following is a portion of it: "Thank you for contacting Lancme. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us regarding your attempted orders on our website. We understand how frustrating this situation can be. As determined by a review using the information you have provided, we regret to notify you that your attempted orders have been rejected by our third-party billing partner for an undisclosed billing error. For your security and protection, we are not provided with any additional information regarding why the orders failed."Please understand that I use PayPal and that it has never "failed" until they had to send me a free product. I called the customer care and clearly they don't care and made absolutely no effort to rectify. I will boycott this website from this point on and encourage others to do the same.

      I purchased on the Krastase official website on November 23rd, and initially, everything seemed to be going smoothly. I received the purchase confirmation and account deduction information promptly, and the products were delivered quickly.However, due to mistakenly purchasing duplicate items, I submitted a return request online on December 1st. I received a confirmation email shortly after, stating that a refund would be processed within 5 days, and I didn't need to return the items.The issue arose when I never received the refund. Yesterday, I called customer service to inquire, and the response left me extremely disappointed. The representative mentioned that they couldn't locate my order information and explicitly stated in an email that there were no records of any orders, which is both strange and troubling.As a loyal customer who has been using ********************** products for an extended period, I am deeply disappointed in how they handled my concern. They failed to provide a clear resolution or any assistance. This kind of attitude and service are unsatisfactory, and I've decided not to continue using their products.

      Fraudulent company with Big Name I ordered a product from them "Lancome" on the 17th of Nov 2023, and it was promoted to come with a 30 ml gift. "Order Number: LAN_17179734"I received the box on the 21 of Nov without the gift. I called them on the 21st at 12:42 for 12 minutes on a recorded line, and the customer service representative asked me many questions about the original bottle i received and even asked me to open it "I told him that i am getting it as a gift" but he insisted that i should open it to get him a number to know where did this bottle came from. Anyway, i did and i even tested it to see why did he asked about that after he told me that he is sorry for this order and that they are going to send a replacement with the promised gift that didn't come with the order.Today Dec 01, i didn't receive anything and i am traveling abroad in 5 days and i was taking this as a gift for my mother, i called them to see when will it come, and then the representative who answered my call told me that she have nothing on file about my original complain, and my only option now was to refund.I could have done this at the first place with my CC, but i needed this as my mother asked for this one specifically.They committed a fraud by denying that they received my first call, and they are providing an extremely professional customer service.I will travel in 5 days without the gift.I have all supporting documents for what happened for anyone who want to take this to file a legal claim against lancome or their mother company l'oreal or to freely post to social media.****************

      Never order from lancome website. Worst customer service on the phone. You pay for 2 day shipping of $15 but get only ground shipping and you call.Customer service won't help just saying "that's just how it is"Worst service for order placed.Buy from other departmental stores.

      Never buy things from Lancome website. They told you there was a discount code and placed your order. But never fulfilled the order. The customer service is ridiculous. They only reply with robot sentences and never solve your problem.

      I am extremely disappointed in the management of the IT Cosmetics Loyalty Rewards Program. If I didn't track my orders and rewards, IT Cosmetics would not comply with their own rules and promises.

      On October 13, 2023, I ordered $88.20 (subtotal) worth of merchandise. IT was offering 2x points to rewards members. I used $10.10 in rewards, which brought my subtotal to $78.10. I didn't receive any points for this order. I called customer care and was given only 299 points for my order, when I should have received a total 1562 points for this order.

      On October 17, 2023 I ordered $87.50 (subtotal) worth of merchandise. IT was offering 2x points to rewards members. I received 850 points. I called customer care and was given another 875. I should have received a total of 1750 points for this order.

      In addition to the mismanagement of their rewards program, they also do not always deliver the free products they promise. On at least two occasions, I have had to call customer care to complain that I did not receive my free gifts with purchase.

      If you ever order from IT Cosmetics, ALWAYS take screenshots of the promotions and your order summary. It's a shame that they are so unreliable because their products are excellent.

      Never order from Lancme website. They entice you to spend more to get free gifts. They then confirm your order and say it shipped and then never fill your order. I then called after not receiving items but being charged. They advised my order not shipped yet and they are waiting for items to come back in stock. I then called again a week later and they advised order cancelled. They can resend items now minus free gifts and coupon I used. . No contact, no texts or anything. Just cancelled my order and did not refund $. This is a bait and switch scam. Get you to spend more money for free gifts and confirm your order with free gifts and then crickets.I read several reviews online after with people having same problem. Worst part is one of the free gifts was a full size item that I can order online right now. How can you be out if I can order it now. **************** is horrible and nobody will step up and make it right.
