      Working at MAC Cosmetics was one of the most disappointing and traumatic experiences of my professional life. What I had hoped would be a dream opportunity quickly became a nightmare due to nonstop bullying, retaliation, discrimination, and harassment from both coworkers, management, and leadership. The work environment was deeply hostile, leaving me emotionally drained, depressed, and unable to grow within the brand I once ********** someone who had been a loyal customer and was genuinely passionate about makeup, it was devastating to experience such cruelty in a place I used to look up to. The mistreatment I endured daily created lasting trauma, and those responsible should be held accountable, especially for damaging my reputation and creating such an unwelcoming experience. I deserved respect, support, and a chance to thrive and not be emotionally broken. This experience has shattered my connection with the brand, and I am no longer a customer either. I believe MAC owes not just an apology but genuine accountability and some form of restitution for the pain and suffering caused. It saddens me to know that leadership and their cliques can get away with such behavior and mistreat people. What a shame!

      I tried to cancel a La Mer order because I got the wrong size within 50 minutes of placing the order online. I followed the link on the order confirmation email, which assured me that I could freely cancel my order within an hour, only to find that I couldn't do it. Then I called customer service and they told me that they would cancel my order, but I checked my order status hours later and it still says that the order is processing. I also never received a cancellation confirmation email, like customer service promised. I've been using La Mer since I was a teenage girl and I've bought at least thousands of dollars of products from this brand. But I'm really really ****** off by how irresponsible they are with customer requests and how difficult they are with order cancellations. It almost feels like I'm being defrauded, because they guaranteed a one hour cancellation window, but in reality completely ignored this promise. I will never buy ****** products again. Consider the 700 dollars I spent today a ****** learned.

      I ordered two Lamer sets on Black Friday, but I only received one and the first time I immediately emailed to contact them, all I got was an automated response. I tried to contact online customer service again and they just told me very perfunctorily "we'll reship it to you." I asked her how long I would have to wait, and she just said she would email me, and I still haven't gotten any email about the shipment. i've been waiting for over a month, and it's a 600 dollar set!

      I placed an order with ESTE LAUDER and the order was not received. I called customer service x2 but both times the representatives were not able to resolve the issues and very unprofessional on how to deal with customers. They do not take accountability and they insist that *** should resolve the problem. I was just left hanging and they refused to give me any refund. I have never encountered insensitive and rude customer service. I just wasted $160 with them. Im hoping that the company will deal with their customers better and treat us right.

      On 11/22/2024. I order 2 sets of Soft Clean Duo Skincare Set - Cleanse + Hydrate + Sooth for my wife and mother for Christmas. I pulled up the tracking information as I've yet to receive the order. ****** said it was delivered 11/26/24. So I call Estee Lauder and my representative ***** states that tracking number is invalid (making them read it back to me verbatum). She assures me the item will be there in ***** hours. In disbelief that this representative could not access the tracking information or verify anything on their screen. I open a web chat with another representative in order to reconfirm the information. Along comes my conversation with ****** on 12/17 at 2:09PM EST. ****** told me that the items i ordered are "limited edition". My order will not be fulfilled and that I will receive a credit, without offering any alternative. The items I ordered are standard stock items that can be purchased as a gift set. My advice: Don't do business with Estee Lauder

      Ten days ago, I purchased cosmetics from Estée Lauder. After waiting for a long time, the order never arrived. Suddenly, they told me it had been delivered and placed in a storage locker.
      First, the items are expensive, so shouldn’t they have been delivered to my doorstep or handed to me in person? They should have called me or ensured I personally received the package, instead of placing it in a storage locker without my permission.
      Second, they claimed the package was in a storage locker but only provided a photo of the locker with the package inside. They didn’t give me any password or way to retrieve it. As a result, I’m unable to access my package.
      When I reached out to Estée Lauder to ask why I couldn’t retrieve my items and why they hadn’t provided the password, they kept passing the responsibility to another company, ******, which is the delivery service. However, ****** stated that once the package is delivered, they are unable to provide any password.
      Now, I’m being pushed back and forth between Estée Lauder and ******. My money has already been spent, but I haven’t received my items or gotten my money back. Furthermore, the Estée Lauder representatives have been extremely rude and unhelpful. They refuse to resolve the issue, treating me as if I hadn’t paid, even though I spent several hundred dollars on these products.
      I feel very hurt and disappointed. Estée Lauder’s staff have been incredibly unprofessional, failing to solve the problem while treating me with a poor attitude. It’s made me very sad and upset.

      I have had trouble with the Origins website for years; I remember the two hours it took a few years ago to place an order. Now I cannot order from Origins or Clinique's websites or by phone. Every time I put in a credit card that all other stores accept, it is turned down by Origins and Clinique. I have looked for help from customer service and chat. I have cleared out cookies as chat suggested. I have tried ordering on Siri, Chrome and Brave platforms; I have tried 3 different valid credit cards. I even tried ordering from an ipad, not the computer. Nothing works; my cards are always denied. My latest theory is that their site has a credit card that was canceled months ago as my credit card with Estee Lauder, but chat did not seem to want to take if off the site, and I cannot find how to do it myself.I have spent hours of my time with Estee Lauder website issues. No one at the company seems to be able to help. I have given up on them.

      My package was delivered on November 16th. The package was not delivered to my door but was left in the lobby. It cannot be said that Bobbibrown is not responsible. they used a cheap express company and did not require a signature.And delivery man didnt follow the agreement, who didnt leave the parcel at my room doorway! My package was worth two hundred dollars and now lost it. I'm very disappointed.

      Cant unsubscribe from their emails. None of the links in the emails work. Just take me to blank pages that never load. Tried on several different browsers and computers/phones
