[Your Answer Here I still have not received resolution to the original issue and since the original complaint an additional negative **** has landed on my credit report due directly to the company's neglect. I want this negative entry to my credit report removed and they have the ability to accomplish this.

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

ve the negative comments removed from my credit report and hopefully regain my credit score.Bottom line National Debt Relief did not give me the service I signed up for and they agreed to provide and I am less than thrilled with the results and feel it is my civic duty to protect others from this happened to them.

I just recently learned of the larger than promised fees. I learned about them when National Debt Relief changed the way they shared information on their website. It now shows each individual account, the settlement amount, the percentage of debt to settlement ratio and the fees. Before the updated site, it just showed the debt owed and the settlement amount.

I have no problem with that part but I am just now learning about the fees.

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for providing National Debt Relief with *********************************** correspondence. We are writing to inform you that we have been able to contact ********************************* as of 8/15/22 to review her concerns in greater detail.

As expressed in *********************************** agreement our fee for settling each enrolled account is 23% of the original balance from when the account was enrolled in our program. The percentages ********************************* has provided above reflect the settlement percentages for each referenced account that has been resolved at this time. Our goal as a company is assist our consumers with resolving their debt at an estimated 50%. In some instances, opportunities may be higher or lower than estimated which is why every settlement opportunity is reviewed with each client via phone or email to obtain their approval. At this time, we are actively working to assist ********************************* with resolving her remaining enrolled creditor and will be reaching out to her to provide updates once available.

Should ********************************* have any additional questions or concerns we invite her to contact National Debt Relief directly.

    Sincerely,

    National Debt Relief

I sent a check to NDR to get my accounts resolved within 30 days but as of today it has been 60 days. They have lied to me about contacting my accounts since 1/30/2018. They contacted me 3 weeks ago because they had the wrong account number for one of my accounts. They told me in the very beginning they would contact all my creditors and let them know I was going through them to get them resolved. That didnt happen. They have moved my pay off date several times and didnt ever tell me why. I feel they are dragging this out because they want more money for themselves. I didnt come up with the check amount they did. I do think they have been consistent with lying about all my accounts. I feel I have been deceived. I just want to get this resolved ASAP. Please help me.

In June 2022 I contacted National Debt Relief and paid a "Settlement Amount" of my account balance. They informed me that within 30 days I would be receiving a letter that my debt had been satisfied and my account had been completely resolved. To keep the account open until the account was resolved and a letter was issued 3 additional withdrawals from my account would be necessary. Those withdrawals were taken from my bank account on 6/15/22 $25 : 6/30/22 $25 : 7/15/22 $25.The withdrawals went through on the noted dates and I have been awaiting my account resolved letter. I have not received my letter and further more they withdrawn an additional $388 from my banking account as of today 8/1. I want the $388 returned immediately along with any additional overdrafts meaning the (3) $25 withdrawals plus any additional finds that I am owed. I want the promised letter stating that the account has been resolved.
