    Do not sign a contract through these people! They made me sign a contract through another business which had completely different terms than what was promised: North American Bancard. Not only were there monthly fees when I was promised none, there was an exorbitant $825 cancellation fee. They even claimed that there was a 45 day free trial window, but when I told them I wasn't happy and wanted to cancel, they still hit me with the full cancellation fees. Absolutely malicious scammers. I understand now why they never used the name Bancard... they have a solid 1 star rating on the BBB, but you can't exactly do research on someone you don't know you're working with.

We would like to clarify some things to ensure that we are on the same page. Sekure Payment Experts negotiates with processors to set up card processing accounts for the merchants we work with. There was indeed a 45-day trial period in place under the terms of your agreement with your processor, in effect from the time the agreement was signed. Unfortunately, your cancellation request came outside of that period. Many of the merchants we work with continue to process happily with your processor, but we hear and understand you and regret that your experience was not ideal. We see that you have been working with one of our Payment Experts to come to a resolution regarding the early termination fee, and are happy to see that they have arranged for your account to be closed at no cost to you.     Their salespeople continue to call and email despite written and verbal communication to remove ** from their call and email list. We are on the *** registry and they continue to call despite the registry violation. They will lie and say the business owner told them to call to get copies of our credit card statements to do a quote even when the business owner never even spoke with them. Aggressive business practices and they will call every hour and tie up the lines.

    These people are calling me 4, 5 times a day to setup a POS Account After 2 weeks back and forth, we were all set, the person that referred me to this company called me 2 weeks later and said: Bro, stay away from this company, a lot of hidden fees, and now they are asking a lot of documents to release the money that my clients paid.So, I was like, Ill try but I was concern about it.my account was ready no issues, I received two payments of $100 to test,Guess what, they start to asked me a lot of information to release my money, until now I did not the color of MY money, they said it was National Banks fault told me to call to Analyst: ******* and the situation got worse. National Bank, full of disrespectful people, unprepared, STAY AWAY FROM THOSE COMPANIES, DONT CHECK THESE REVIEWS, ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO BE TRUE. JUST ****** THE REVIEWS FROM **** AND THIS BANK........ *************************** WAS THE ONLY HUMAN BEING TO ANSWER MY EMAILS, GOOD GUY IN A WRONG PLACE

    ****** at Sekure Merchants is amazing to work with. She is dependable, speedy, and overall makes you feel like she is working for you. Every time there is a question or concern that arises she responds in a timely manner with an answer or if she has to dig into it more she responds that she will get back to me and she DOES! **************** has really gone out the window in the last few years, but not with ******. I highly recommend using Sekure Merchants for your CC processing.

    ****** was very helpful today! We have been customers for a few years now and anytime I've had an issue (which is very few) I just call and they are able to help and fix whatever was the issue. Everyone I have spoken with there are very friendly and always helpful, glad this company has great customer service people.

    Our company has been using Sekure for the last two years with ***************************. She has been amazing to work with and has always been available to answer any questions that we have. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that our account stays at the same pricing and that if we do have any issues we don't have to wait in any of those long customer service lines on the phone to get a resolution. She's always gotten back to me in less than 24hrs and is the definition of amazing customer service.
