I have had **** from 2017: customer service was really bad and scary at last Saturday while at some point or another some agents have been kind, the people on the receiving end just dont understand their job as customer service agent having my Girlfriend related she is traveling and having been at a funeral all day to add to the are the worst to solve problems or answer questions. They even engage negatively, rudely, and boisterously with the people who are their customers.I order a card for my Girlfriend not to received it , to send to an alternative address was giving the run around stating it was mailed out and that never happen after been pushed around for over 2 hours an I am more so trouble by the lies and lack of responsibility. And using American resources to send out cards after they were told she would only be there for 1 day. This has left a bad taste in my mouth so with What is the root of the problem if its coming from supervisors Is it the place itself, do the employees need a fresh change in the logistics of **** to boost morale? Do the employees need to understand that without the customers they would not have a job?Do they need management to reward and recognize good customer service and nurture it?What do they need?If its a few bad apples, get them retrained, or get them out if they dont know how to deal with the public. Kindness begets kindness, professionalism begets respect. ************ each other with respect.I know dealing with the public gets a bit testy, but we must get away from the frontline when we cant cope anymore. Let fresh and faces and training come in and continue the legacy of good customer service.Be
