      Do not give these people money. They froze my account for no reason and they couldn't unlock it over the phone. So I had to travel to their branch office and wait 1 hour to get it unlocked so that I can close my account. Do not join! These people should be prosecuted

      Absolutely the worst bank. Will hold your money hostage and not tell you why. Made several calls about a hold on my accounts and all they say is a specialist will call you back within 24 hours, but they never do. Basically the **************** contact center is useless. They dont have any information why there is a hold or how to fix the hold. Dont trust them with your money unless you want to be out of thousands of dollars

      ************* Workers or customers Don't put your money in this bank. They allow people to steal monies from your account even when you advise them that the transaction is not valid

      i ask to reset my pin and they told i had to answers a bunch of questions. Now mind you; i answer all the questions and still they said it was wrong then the frost my account; and i call from a woman Rep telling me that I need to pass a test. This my money. Not their money and they want me to pass a test? Horrible so i am going tomorrow to get my money because they didnt ************.

      MCU is NOT a bank, they're a credit union. A POOR credit union. I have been forced to join them as a city employee 35 years now. and they are the WORST. I asked for ten minutes to go to an ATM cause i have NO cash for the next two weeks, to feed myself and my children. AS I explained. before they cancelled my card for a disputed amount of $29.99 I asked, begged, for ten minutes., ******** cancelled my card immediatly, and now I have to wait ********************************************************** Suffolk county to process the new pin number. They're backwards antiquated and out of date. RUN not Walk to another financial place.
