    Hi Support,I was just going through your website FAQ and blog, and I checked my account balance as well, the first transfer was made on April 25, 2023, and there's no hold on any of the transfers made from my side via my BOA account. Then why there is a hold on my withdraw. I had also completed the verification process as per your website mentioned details and guided by you guys. Kindly remove the hold for withdraw, as it's my ****** earned money, I would not be able to stop myself in seeking legal help for the same. Firstly, you guys didn't send me any details disclosing what's pending and what's not, also verified the details like uploading my ID and all. I transferred money and converted it into USDT still there wasn't any alert saying that there would be a hold or any such thing on my account, and also charged me huge transaction fee as per your norms, If my account wasn't verified then why did you guys accepted and allowed wire transfer for deposit and also allowed me to convert my money in usdt. And when I got it converted by paying huge commission or transaction fee to your company, I wasn't able to withdraw or transfer it. When asked for support you guys sent an email to reverify by taking a face selfie with the same id used during the registration of the account which I dd, and still, there's a hold. I don't know that how you guys can come up with new policies every now and then without disclosing it on your website or informing the customers via email.Ticket ID 450- 8, 397 , ********* Thanks *******************

    DONT USE GEMINI!!!, they havent paid back any single cent to their ******* Gemini Earn Customers, they will scam your money away with one piece of TOS and avoid any responsibility they suppose to take.

    Gemini Exchange has the worst customer service,. They do NOT have LIVE customer Support. You can only reach ******************** Customer Support by email and the average respond time is 3-4 days. Gemini is not the company you want to hold your money, when you need answers in real time, concerning your investments!

    Gemini keeps raising fees unilaterally with no constraints - $150 transaction fee on $10,000 sale for a non- trader, basic consumer account with low value crypto holdings, just to cash out.

    Hello My name is ******* ********, I am a present customer of gemini since 2 or 3 years now.
    If i have a chance to give them -5 Star i would love to give them.
    They held my 72000 USD funds into my gemini account, But problem starts on Feb 17th,
    When I tried to send crypto to my other wallets, my sending is blocked and asked me to contact customer service.
    CS asked me several question I answered all, then they replied we will remove the restrictions please upload your picture while holding your DL and a piece of paper write down unique code,
    I did exactly same , after that they asked my my bank statements that was insane because now they are asking more still I gave them my 6 month of bank statement where it clearly shows they debited my account multiple via ACH transfer and it also has my wire transfer to them.
    After that they now they start asking me another question, in your account in sept 2022 you had two deposits , please tell the origin, now i am a trader and buy sell send and deposit, now they think i do remember everything , I do not find their intention, If anyone from Gemini senior member looking for this review please , help with my account , As per experience i do not want to do business anymore. I just need my funds back , please close my account and send me a paper check .
    That would be enough, From 17th Feb today is March 14th, I am tired with customer service, I reply them same day and they response back after 4 or 5 days, very bad management, I am so **** frustrated,

    At ********************************************************************************** with my retirement unfortunately I can't touch my money now because of these crooked b******* little that I know it wasn't Bitcoin that I had to worry about But Gemini that I used to invest has now stolen over $10,000 from me it may not seem much to some people but to me this is a whole lot of money that I can use to help me retire now I can't even touch it because of these crooks.

    Im also complaining about Gemini Trust LLC. as well, my crypto currency account is frozen and I have made an attempt to contact customer service with no success. Next move is to contact Attorney Generals Offices - *********************** and let them explain why all of these accounts are frozen.

    They have tied up funds and now asking for ss number and picture of drivers license Up til now havent given them any of this but im only out about $50 i had $30 in their saving plan i tried to get it out to use it and it has been pending for over a week just frozen. Dont trust them wish i had researched better.

    GEMINI is the WORST Crypto Exchange. The FEDERAL should lock down this company they locked $12,000 in Bitcoin for me. Its been 1 month they never reply back to my inquiry. PLEASE DO NOT PUT MONEY ON THIS STEALING CRYPTO EXHANGE. THE FEDERAL Should shutdown this SCAM

    This company has been awful! I opened my account in October, invested in crypto, and applied and received a credit card. A few weeks later, my cards was suddenly suspended. For no reason AT ALL. I called, and emailed over and over and no one would answer me. I asked for management and they said someone would call me the next morning between ****, and no call. I tried to sell my crypto and could only take out a portion. The instructions they send are ridiculous! Im at my **** end on how a company can get away with such awful treatment with there clients. Im still waiting, going into 3 months now.
