    Very misleading information about credit repair they called once I could barely even understand the foreign voice that spoke very quickly very "in a hurry" scripted call they didn't understand me nor answer my questions. Hope you enjoy my $315 that I sent you after failing to answer any questions or mailing out "your letters"And letting me know they creditors WILL and CAN still *** ya for nonpayment even being represented by you.

    They have been collecting $262.49 a month for a year. I have called and the person I talk to couldn't tell me what is being done. I've complained about no one calling me with any progress. I have papers brought to my house that one of my creditors was taking me to court. I contacted the company and a perilegal told me to send them a copy of the paperwork I received. I had just been released from the hospital. I didn't get them sent and the perilegal never contacted me about them. I have sent emails telling them I do not wish to continue with them. I have called and left messages. I also told them I believe my money should be refunded. So far no one has contacted me. I am now working with another group and will have control of *********** and will be notified for every transaction. I will have say in each account and transaction. I would appreciate any help in this matter.

    This group is very caring. They answer the phone when ever I call. If I send a message I get a response quickly. Their customer service is top notch. No matter who you get on the phone you feel comfortable that you are being heard.

    Consistentancy in communication on my file is lacking. The reps are patient, but actually finding resolution with a reasonable payment plan is a challenge. I have yet to see results in resolution of my debt. This program is still too new to me.

    Although I'm in this program for a short period of time & still have 2 1/2yrs before I finish, so far I'm very happy with this company. They seem to be very thorough, answer my calls and questions promptly all the time and Ihave been very helpful through some bumps in the road with my creditors.

    CLG is great, attentive customer service. Stopped all the harassing phone calls from collection companies and resolved my accounts one at a time in the hopes of purchasing a home in the future. Highly recommend them if you are in debt and need a way out without a hassle.
