      I ordered a pair of Hermes sandals which were received on 6/14/2022. Unfortunately, I needed half a size smaller. I notified Hermes of a return within 15 minutes of the receipt and shoes were returned same day. Hermes acknowledged receipt of the return on 6/17/2022. To date, I have not received a refund. My calls to the company resulted in infinite holding times and emails to customer service went answered. Pertinent to note, I ordered more shoes from their site and everything went seamless. Not sure what the problem is now but the customer service is definitely not at par with the Hermes standard. I also filed a dispute with my credit card company.

      ********** clients return was received successfully on June 16, 2022. The terms and conditions on our website confirm that all returns undergo an inspection process within 10 business days of receipt to our distribution center, which for this case is July 1, 2022. The clients return has passed our return inspection process and she will receive a refund confirmation prior to the 10 business day window.
      The client had emailed our team on June 25th and received a response on June 28th confirming the above information, as well. We are happy to assist further if the client has any additional questions.
