      Purchased limited edition orange and blue saffiano card holder at prada ********. After two months of limited use leather was chipping away. I contacted prada via email and sent pictures. I was instructed to take card holder to prada. I made a trip to ******* to do so. 11 weeks after dropping off I was told it can't be fixed nor replaced. I have a warranty for one year and I want the exact unit replaced nothing else

      I had an issue with my order # ************. My item was held at a *** pickup point and presumably returned to sender but I have not received a refund or update yet on where the package is .Prada told me they would have an answer for me weeks ago, but I am still waiting for an update with no end in sight! Very unprofessional from both Prada and ***, and I have contacted both parties multiple times with no resolution.

      I ordered shoes from Prada and never got the item, I checked tracking and it says it was returned back to them. I went *************** with them for months, which was draining. Im just look for the item back or to give me funds back

      Hi, so I went to Prada two months ago to file a damage report regarding my Prada ***** case since the leather on the case has completely deteriorated. I havent put it under any harsh condition or have placed it on something for it to have gotten like that. I called Prada since I didnt receive any news about my case and they claimed they had called me about it two weeks before. The lab said my case can not be fixed or replaced. There was also no report to be shown about this information. So, the supervisor kept trying to implement that I put something on my case to make it this way, which is why the lab rejected my request. Why would I put that on a 400 dollar case? I paid 395 for the womens Prada Pink Saffiano Leather IPhone 12 pro max ***** case. I would think its fair that I either get the ***** case fixed, replaced, or refunded. I thought this was a reputable brand.

      I made a purchase and returned it, my order number is ************.The tracking for the return is ******************.Once it arrived I contacted Prada for confirmation and on august 3rd was told via email that it arrived and Id receive my money in 10 business days.After 10 business days I contacted back as I had not received my refund and I was informed that they are opening a *** claim.I questioned why and offered to provide a *** drop off receipt to help. I received no response.I have asked for an update twice now and also received no response.Looking at the *** tracking I can see the claim has processed and been issued to the shipper. *** has returned the money to Prada, but prada is still refusing to return it to me and is not replying at any attempts to contact them.

      I received Prada tulle crop top with crystals and the product appeared to be defective. the linear was not aligned correctly. I was not even able to try the product on fully. It was placed around my neck and nothing further. I immediately placed this item in the box and returned it. Today, i received the top back in the mail without any email notification with a note claiming it was not in its original condition. I opened the box to find the top not only NOT how i returned it but also with a clasp broken. The clasp was NOT broken when i returned it. The clasp much have been broken while in the possession of Prada and they are trying to blame me for this! This is CRIMINAL. i contacted to dispute but was told my claim would not be successful. I am absolutely disgusted by this experience.

      I visited the Prada store at ********************* in ************ on July 16. The bag I wanted was not available in store so the associate who helped me found the bag available at another store and put in an order for it to be shipped to me. The order was for a Re-Edition **** brushed leather large handbag at $3750 USD (Order number: ). On July 21, the bag was delivered. The bag was too small and I immediately brought it back to the store to return that same day. Another associate, *****, asked me to wait while he inspects the bag and pull up the order. He then told me that there was something wrong with the system, and that he couldn't pull up my order or process the return. He suggested that if I was comfortable with leaving the bag in the store, he would process the return the next morning, to which I agreed. The next day, I followed up at noon via text. He informed me that he had just processed the refund, and I should receive an email confirmation. I let him know that I have not received an email yet, and he reassured me that it was authorized and to keep checking. The following day, I still had not received any confirmation. He then told me that I would have to wait until Monday for the stock team to process the return, and that he would keep me updated. By Monday at noon, I still had not heard anything from ***** so I reached out via text. He then let me know that he wasnt even in town, that he was in ******** the entire week working along with the rest of the stock team, so he doesnt know when theyll be able to get around to it. Later that evening, he texted me to let me know that they took a look at the bag and security tag was cut off so they wont be able to process the return. I did not cut off the security tag and returned the purse in the same condition it came in. After speaking to the *** they said they will look into it. They now still have the purse, refusing to issue a refund, and have stopped replying to my communications.

      I bought an item from Pradas online website for my birthday at the end of april. The item however didnt come in time before I left for my vacation. The item I purchased was the nylon bralette in black totaling $802. Once returning home from my travels I tried it on to see how it fits. I came to the conclusions I just did not want it any more due to me not being able to wear it on my birthday, which was the entire reason for my purchase, to wear it with my new balenciaga boots/handbag I bought to go w. It. The item was not worth it I mean it was a bralette for 800$. So I returned it back with the return label they gave me, before the 30 days was up. I returned this item the same exact way I received it, each tag in place, the censor still intact. As well as the mini dust bag, hanger and every piece of tissue paper that came in the box as well. The product was in brand new condition because Ive only tried it on ONE TIME, fresh out the shower might I add. After a couple of days of me sending the item back, I have a package from Prada. When I open it I realize they are sending me the item back. First I read the paper they gave me that says the item was not in the same condition that I received it. I then look over the item again to see what they could be referring to. I immediately notice the censor has been REMOVED! That is when I realized there is definitely foul play involved. I further investigate the top to realize the bralette is now in unsanitary condition. It had been worn! And not little marks from being tried on, sweat marks and deodorant marks from somebody having a great time in it. Prada returned THIS top to me instead of sending me the exact top that I sent them! I called customer care & they gave me the run around. I asked to speak with a ************** said one would call me back, but never did. It wasnt until weeks later ***** called me basically reiterating policy & said she would call fulfillment & call me back. She never ever called back.
