    I have been taking surveys through Perksy for several years. I had been able to cash out my points for gift cards without issue. However, for quite some time now, I have not been able to redeem points for gift cards. I submitted a help ticket that has gone unanswered for a whole month. I would like to redeem the points that I rightfully earned doing surveys. The surveys still come through the platform somewhat regularly so I know it hasn't been fully abandoned. I have enough points for a $50 gift card.

    Opinion site that you earn points for giving feedback on certain brands or marketing strategies for points. Once you have enough points you can receive gift cards. All gift cards are never available and no response from customers support

    I have used Perksy for years. I went to redeem my points for a gift card and it would not let me. I have had this issue for the past year, same message every time. I would like to get my points redeemed since I answered the surveys for them.

    The survey app perksy refuses to pay out what they owe. I have been answering their surveys for them for years now for no payment, but for points that are supposed to be redeemable for rewards. They owe me around $80 in rewards acquired over many years. They havent responded to my help requests. Other people have reported similar things online.

    The company continues to send out surveys but doesnt pay for the time spent doing it. An error keeps coming up. No one answers the support messages.

    I have completed surveys (stacks) for Perksy for years including some within the past year however, like many other people here, I am not able to exchange my earned points for gift card, monetary rewards. My partner and I combined have balances of ~$100 that we devoted time and energy to and we demand some compensation for the time we put in. I have reached out to Perksy multiple times with no response. Given what others have said, the fact that my partner and I have received surveys after they are no longer allowing redemptions is deplorable and is not acceptable under any circumstances. I hope with all these complaints the BBB can help get help for all the people here.

    ****** is built on the format that if users who sign up for their app and have an account and complete surveys (called "stacks") and get a certain level of points for completing these surveys, they can use them for gift cards. i had this issue a year or so ago -- i was doing these "stacks" and got enough points for a gift card. it took more than 8 months for them to get back to me to process a gift card. once again i am having the same issue. messages to their support team email address, the help section on their app -- NO ONE RESPONDS. i have been on numerous web site forums where others have had the same issue. i have tried various vendors on their site to redeem with no luck. they continue to send out updates to complete "stacks" and do not bother to let users redeem points. they need to start answering people's messages and more importantly: let them redeem these points for cards. i would like the BBB to step in here please.

    I have reached out countless times (see attachments) via email to support and no response. also messaged them in the app for Perksy and now their messages do not load. 

    to also note, for years the 2200 level of points has gotten one a $50 gift card. now somehow they changed it to $20 (not sure if that image uploaded) so obviously someone is still working there. I do not understand how they can cheat people of time and effort. this is a violation of their terms and conditions for the app. I have tried to cash in my points numerous times and nothing. I hope the BBB can help with this!

    I have been doing surveys for this company for years. They owe me 35$ in a gift card. Their application doesnt allow you to cash out any longer. I would like to be paid for the large amount of surveys it took.

    I have done multiple surveys for this app in exchange for money meaning gift cards like Amazon etc. ****** points equals $100. I have tried for the past six months to redeem my points. Ive tried to contact customer service about this issue and nobody replies. I have tried to contact the founder of the app and she has not replied.
