Been taking surveys with Perksy for years and building up a cache of points to later be redeemed for a gift card but now am unable to use those points and no one is messaging me back from support after more than two weeks. I have been doing surveys since 9:2018 for the Perksy app. I have been able to redeem points previously for gift cards, however now i am getting errors when i try to redeem. This app has been deleted from the App Store on the iPhone, so i cant message them that way. I sent a message through the app to their support with screen shots and have heard nothing. I have enough points to redeem a $25.00 gift card but it will not allow me to do so.Initial Complaint

I have been doing surveys on the pesky app for over three years. I thought the app was great. I redeemed to cash gift cards, so had no problems for a while now Im trying to redeem $50 in the app is not doing anything not answering me back its funny though they keep sending surveys. I am getting a notice on my Phone saying theyre having problems with their website and they will be at back up in a while. Please apologize but when I come up they come up and asked me to do a survey I do but every time I ask to redeem in cash out I am not getting my money. This has been for about six months. I have been using the Perksy app for almost 2 years now and have accumulated enough points to redeem for a gift card through their store. I have enough for almost a $100 gift card. Every time however I go to request to be cashed out I get an error message, "Hmm, try again. Something went wrong!"I have messaged them through their app support for a month now and no response. This business asks to take surveys for points that can be redeemed for gift cards. I currently ***** points which = $35 in gift cards. I've tried in-app messaging and emails directly to the company to redeem my points which I'm owed for services rendered and they have not responded. When trying to "cash out" the app simply says "something went wrong". I'd like to cash out my points for my services.Customer Answer

I have used the Perksy app for several years. Within the last six months, I have filled out surveys and earned points as usual. When I attempt to cash in those points for the gift cards that they offer, there is an error message. I have reached out at least three times within the last two months, and *** received no reply. When I attempt to go to the Perksy website, it no longer exists. I can no longer contact them through the Apple App Store either, because the app no longer exists ************ scams people.Customer Answer

I have been completing surveys on the Perksy app for some time. I have enough points to redeem $120 in gift cards but the app won't allow me to redeem them. The app keeps saying there was a problem when I try to redeem. They are still sending surveys out to complete but I haven't been compensated for all the ones I have already completed.
