    This company is a scam!!! Their website specifically says, A four-week supply of the 2.5 mg Zepbound single-dose vial is $399 ($99.75 per vial).After they get their $99 consultation fee, they tell you they dont t know the price and its up to the individual pharmacy?!?! They then told me it could be upwards of $1,300 per month. I could have went to my primary care physician for that. Buyer beware!!!

    Charged me for meds I never received. When I tried to get a refund, their customer service kept giving me the run around. They are a giant company, with not fully English speaking customer service, with scripted dialoge, so they can keep your $249. I feel very sorry that they are a company that says they offer help, but infact are just a money grubbing enterprise!

    The doctor was not willing to do a preapproval for a medication that was being refilled. They referred me back to my regular doctor which defeats the purpose of this service. Waste of money.

    Sesame was great until *********** was off the shortage list. While that isn't their fault, how they are handling pre-orders is. They sent out a link to pre-order. I have an active subscription but the website is saying I don't, so I cant proceed unless I enroll and pay the fee (which I'm a current member). I have been going back and forth with representatives for 9 days. They claim to have "escalated" the issue. It shouldn't take 9 days for that. I'm afraid I won't be able to pre order my medication before the deadline due to their tech issues.

    I don't have insurance so I had to use Sesamecare for my painful UTI. I paid 50 bucks to talk to an **** named ****** ******. He was 30 minutes late to our session, and then started loudly yelling at me over the phone once I started telling him my symptoms. He said there was no way a normal dipstick test could determine if I had a UTI. When I told him I was having trouble peeing, he said there's no way a 34 year old male could ever have trouble peeing. He kept screaming and even accused me of lying about what medicines I had taken in the past, even though I offered to show him proof of my past medicine prescriptions on the Publix pharmacy website. It was outright abuse and triggered my panic disorder. I demand an apology and a refund from these crooks.

    I have a telehealth program through my insurance company but choose to use Sesame. Their practitioners are always available, thoughtful, and knowledgable. The price is very affordable and I pay for a yearly subscription to get my lab work done at a fraction of the price my doctor charges! They have literally saved my husband and I thousands of dollars!

    Great option for people who just want a quick in and out appointment. I have the choice of a doctor, but chose a nurse practitioner I have seen in the past for an ear infection. She was very empathetic and super knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this service.

    If I could give them a negative 5 I would they charge you and you will never receive your prescription. I have to continuously call and get the run around that they will expedite my request. I have missed a week and this month I am three weeks behind and still no response. They have no problem taking your money and provide you with nothing but excuses.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FALSE PROMISES AND ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
