Dr. ******* ******** at Sesame Care saved my life. I was so screwed. The ** denied me service twice but a quick ****** search brought me to you. I was on my last leg. I could barely even see straight. I had debilitating stomach ulcers. But after time to heal and the medicine provided, I have been able to get back to work again. I am eternally grateful for the life-saving service you provide. I rarely need a doctor but when I do, I know who to call. THANK YOU!- This review genuine and is based solely on gratitude.

1 starThis place is a scam. They are here to steal your money. Some of these providers are not even well educated. Sesame is only here for their own gain. Be careful when booking your services here. They take advantage of their patients and providers. They increase the pricing of the providers without them even knowing. This says a lot about this place. Even the best providers on here they treat horribly. I wonder what they plan to do when the best ones walk away. Bad for business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, thank me later.Review fromRicky K

My Sesame prescription refill appt.went very well.It took place at the appt.time.The Dr.was very helpful and effeciant.This service is way more convenient than a visit to a clinic.And much cheaper.I am very satisfied. Thanks!Sesame, Inc.

I have been using Sesame Care for about two years and can't thank them enough for all the time and money I have saved. The doctors are always caring, on time and attentive to my concerns. It was my first time using the platform. I didn't understand why the microphone didn't work. I thought the provider would suggest another way to communicate with me but he didn't. He went ahead diagnosed and prescribed me the medication based on the pictures and short description I sent before the call started. I never had a provider didn't ask questions to have a better understanding. I felt he rushed because the call ended in 1 min. I contacted an agent and see where I could contact the provider as I wanted to express more of my concerns and ask questions. He didn't respond me until the next day I contacted another agent to have him reply to my message. I was very unsatisfied with the service so I went to a clinic where I could have a provider who would listen to me and understand my concerns. She told me I was having skin allergic reaction which was what I thought too and the provider from sesame told me something else and prescribed me different kind of medication. I understand video call can be difficult to see the skin condition but he should have asked more questions and found a way to communicate with the patient if there is some technical issues. I no longer trust this platform. And I am not able to get my refund back. I am not sure I even want to give this another try given there is such provider on the platform.Sesame, Inc.

All their customer service is just just chatbot and they have no one available to call on their phone. Their providers are unprofessional and do not show up. This business should close since they charge you and don't have a way to issue refunds easily. Never go here for care.Sesame, Inc.
