    I purchased a pair of earbuds from raycon. the left earbud stopped working after roughly 2 weeks. I immediately shipped them back for a refund with their shipping label. Their website says returns will be processed within **** business days after receiving the item. I can see on tracking my return shipment arrived on june 9th. ive messaged raycon and they last said they were going to expedite the process on June 20th. I still haven't heard anything back from them.
