    Pure Energy *****. I went with them in 2021, but my bills haven't changed much. On top of that, I now have a $180.00 25-year solar bill. STAY AWAY!!!!

    There is no place here to leave a negative number. This company somehow got my phone number and contacted me right after my spouse passed away suddenly. I was extremely vulnerable. I am cancelling my contract with them immediately. Their sales people do not identify themselves. It is a horrible scam and they should not exist. I am hoping that I am able to cancel the contract immediately.

    Today I experienced the 7th layer of h*** thanks to pure energy. I could not give a worse review to a company if I tried to, even if my fingers fell off and I had to slap my head against this keyboard to make this review, I would still make it because that is how terrible of the service I received with pure energy is. I didn't even want to talk to these people. They called me back and harassed me their customer service freaking salesman. freaking scumbag with the dumb New York accent. idiot. continue to harass me. Act like they were con ****** when they knew that they weren't trying to promise me this $200 $400 rebate that I said I do not need. I tried and I tried to get off the phone with these people. They would not stop calling and harassing me. They made me say things as if they weren't forcing me to say these things. just so that they would get off of my phone. It was really badly ridiculous. This is. just disgusting.. I swear if I find out my energy delivery has changed. I'm coming for you.. I don't give AF what I have to do. I will get you.. You messed with the wrong Person this is not. a game. This is not funny to harass and bully people into switching freaking energy providers. This is disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I will sue you. if my energy provider is changed and you charge me I will sue you for the difference. Perkilla freaking watt. I called and I canceled the same day. If I get something in the mail and I have to call again and and I see that I was not canceled. I will go berserk. Do not play with me. If you get a call from these people tell them to Shove it where the sun doesn't shine better yet don't. even answer the phone. You should not be calling people back after they hang up on you time. and time again. This is harassment. This is. crazy. And if ************** is allowing this because you're technically a real company this is a grave injustice to the people of ********. Your presence this marketplace. You are a scam..

    I never signed up for this company . They hacked into my bank power company and I only noticed because my bill tripled . They owe me thousands of dollars. They are a scam . Beware and make sure to check your bill .

    We were switched over to Pure Energy back in Feb/March if 2024.
    Since May of 2024 my bill tripled in price.
    I contacted **** to ask about these charges to which they informed me I had a third party attached to the bill which was charging me 32cents a kilowatt as opposed to the typical 9 cents!!
    I called Pure energy to ask about this and they said someone named **** authorized it. We don't have a **** in our family or who works with our business.
    I started crying because my business can barely survive (a fitness business) during and after COVID) let alone these 2,000 electric bills that I've paid $300 for the past 10 years!!!!
    The rep was so kind. Did say he would cancel me and send me confirmation number, and a reimbursement in the mail.
    It's been past 7-10 buisness days. No reimbursement and I was just charged another $950!!!!!
    If this rep lied to me, he's an amazing actor. He seemed like he really felt my pain and wanted to help...
    But this company absolutely scammed me and then lead me to believe we would be okay with them working with us and not my husband wants us to close up shop.
    I'm distraught. We can not survive being in business paying these extreme electric bills we never even sign up for.
    They took my life and business from me from a struggling mother of 4 trying to keep my head above water

    I received a call from Pure Energy stating that they would lower my electric bill and for a few years it was. However, in the past year it has just about doubled what ConEd would have charged. Unfortunately I had not realized this sooner. I dropped them and went back to *****.

    Check your bills people. They charge 3 x the amount per kilowatt as others. My last bill was $577. I called, cancelled and demanded a refund from sept 2023 until now. They are a scam and Im still waiting to hear back from them.
