This company is run by a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS. I was told that this service would not result in an upcharge in my utility service. That is FALSE. My utility bill for June 2024 was $589 for a 1 BR apt. My previous 3 Junes (2021, 2022, 2023) were all under 350/month. I DEMAND A REFUND FOR ALL OF THE UPCHARGES I RECEIVED SINCE 2/2024.

This company is a bunch of scam artists. Called asking so many questions while I was trying to take care of my Ill father and I wasnt accepting any of it. I didnt authorize them. I wanted more info at the time before a decision was made and all it took was a phone call and they put the it into agreement not an actual authorization.

Pure Energy, LLC called our company and reached a low-level employee at my office and said: "hello". That's all it took for Pure Energy to switch electric suppliers to them at ComEd. Pure Energy, LLC is a SCAM. They provided electric supply at 4 times the cost.

Pure Energy is a scam. I didn't even authorize as my supplier somehow they enrolled as supplier. Our bill shoot up to $500+ which was between $120-160 in previous months. When I called them they are rude and say that they have a recording that I authorized. When I said to play the recording they say that it's not there policy. I see other people experienced this. Not sure how they are getting away with what they are doing. Surprisingly PSEG acts like a non entity on this.

We were enrolled in their service without approval. I called and cancelled the service before billing even started, received a confirmation number....yet they still billed us. I now have to call back again and wait on hold all day AGAIN...to try and cancel this.

Pure Energy somehow got my account number and then generated a robo call and tricked the volunteer who answered the call and manipulated the switch. Please if you are in ** file complaints to ** ******************, and they have to give them either the recording they have, or the signed contract. every state has a regulating utilities company, so complain to them, so they can investigate them.the complaints can be also sent to the attorney general for fraud, in your state.please contact me to sign up for a class action lawsuit against Pure Energy.

I'd leave zero stars if I could. Company cold called our business and spoke with receptionist. She told them no one was available at the time, and they asked her name before closing the call. Then we get a huge energy bill from our usual company PSE&G, but now there is a new supplier listed. On calling Pure Energy, they stated that the receptionist had authorized the switch. This was complete nonsense as she would never had done that, and would have forwarded any needed approval to me. So with no paperwork or signature, this company contacted PSE&G and told them the switch was authorized. Now we have the joy of working to switch it back and make things right. Total fraud and scam.
