      A company that profits from unauthorized art exhibits/experiences that exploits the work of the original artists. Yet, Fever misleading advertises their experiences as original works, and tickets are arguably expensive for an experience that is fake. Fever also only highlights the best reviews for each of its experiences, and there is no way to view all reviews or any of the negatives ones -- this takes away from all consumers' informed purchase of tickets.

      When a scheduling conflict made me unable to attend an upcoming event I worried that I would forfeit the cost of the tickets. But the Fever Team reassured me that I could get a voucher to use for another event. Very happy with their prompt and professional support.

      I made a mistake on the date and needed to cancel and reorder using the credits on FEVER. I can not find how to do credits on iPhone, so I reordered with laptop with credits and got great assistance.

      Fever was gracious to provide a voucher when I became ill and knew I wouldn't be able to attend the event on the original date I had planned. Customer support was awesome
