      I purchased two tickets for the Matrix for a 1:30pm showing as something nice for my anniversary and when my wife needed to move the time to 8:30pm, Fever customer service would not lift a finger to help or issue a voucher, even though this was an option when I purchased the ticket a few hours before.This was my first time using this service and I immediately regret it. They took $100 and gave me nothing even though my request was made more than 24hrs prior. My advice, don't use this service unless you are 100% locked in. Any changes are just not going to happen, which ***** for the consumer.

      I purchased tickets for Candlelight: ****************** Dragons for Saturday, June 28, 2025 in ******************. A couple hours before the show, I started to feel sick. My throat was hurting, I had a fever, chills, and throughout the evening felt worse. We decided not to attend the event considering how I was feeling. I sent a message through Fevers Live Chat explaining why I didnt attend the event and I was told I would receive an email shortly. The email said that because I didnt cancel within 48 hours I wouldnt receive a refund. I called three times today, Monday, and explained the situation. I was even told by each of the three individuals to whom I spoke that they can understand my frustration and could tell I wasnt feeling well. I asked if I can speak to a manager or supervisor and I was told that they wouldnt speak to me. There are situations which come up that are beyond ones control as in this case where getting sick is out of ones hands. There should be exceptions made on a per case basis that if one is within a 48 hour period of an event, given extenuating circumstances where one can get a refund especially if they are sick with a fever, chills and throwing up. For a company to not offer a refund, based on these circumstances is unacceptable and a horrible business practice.

      Support has been unresponsive to my ticket exchange (date change) request despite an employee telling me its a common issue. Kids had unforeseen illnesses (*********************** and another with a cold). Disappointing experience with Fever - hoping someone from the team can help.

      Do not buy tickets from Fever. I attempted to purchase tickets 2x but because my bank denied them, I had to book again and mistakenly chose the wrong date after going back to the website numerous times. I show up the date I believed I booked and was denied as the date my tickets were for had passed. The customer service team REFUSED to allow me to see the exhibit which I paid for. I didnt ask for a refund but to just see the exhibit and they denied! DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM FEVER! The customer service is terrible, they withhold your money and refuse to accommodate.

      Purchased tickets but mistakenly showed up after the day passed. All I asked for was to reschedule for the Titanic exhibit and theyre not willing to allow me to see the exhibit on a different day. I will never purchase or recommend this company. They do terrible business and poor customer service.

      The WORST customer service! Booked the Van **** ******************** in **, paid over $100 dollars for 3 tickets just to get there and find that it was one room that was immersive, which was just projections of paintings on the walls. The website is extremely misleading! It says this experience is ***** min, when you can walk through the whole think in 10 min. Its tiny! When contacting customer service I was told NO REFUNDS and I asked for a contact to a higher up person and received an email saying my case was closed. No other contact information given. Id stay away from this company, they seem money hungry and dont really care about their customers or customer ********************* at their attractions.

      I used fever app for an event that never gave me a refund when event never gave info for where event was taking place called it a secret location. **************** never helped me. Then said sent me info which wasnt true up to day ******** of event no info was given b ware of this app will never use again I still want my refund fever

      Terrible customer service that is not only difficult to get a hold of, but if you ask for help, they will tell you that they don't do customer service, only sell tickets.Things are great with the event, but if you need something or need to get ahold of someone at their office, you are out of luck.

      Worst business Ive dealt with . The lack of customer service and compassion is crazy . I accidentally selected the wrong time for a event .. I wanted the later one in the day .. I didnt want a refund just to go to the later time .. they would not change the time .. instead told me too bad and re buy tickets for the later time . I will tell everyone not to buy tickets from This place or attend their events as Im a blogger and part time news journalist for **** in **********.. stay away from this company .. poor management and poor service .. they are crooks
