    I attempted to purchase ******** tickets through their website but the checking out kept erring out. Eventually I was able to finish the purchase and I received one confirmation email for that. On the day of event, I noticed in the app that there were double amount of tickets, so although the website did not show success in another transaction nor did I get a confirmation email, I was charged for those seats. I contacted the business and was told they are unable to refund. Be careful with them.

    Bought tickets for the ** Vs Purdue game on Oct 16th 2024. The game is today Nov 30, ********************************************************* tickets would be here 48 hours before been trying to reach company no answer and still no tickets and game is at 7pm tonight. I believed I was scammed and want a refund.

    ****. Bought tickets in august. They pulled the money right away. Still waiting on my ticket confirmation email. Signing into account is a joke. Nothing to navigate. No drop down menus. Completely useless.

    They are fraudulent. They charged hundreds of people for a Saquon ******* camp in July of 2023. They canceled the event and never issued a refund. They are associated with Octane camps and are unethical. I asked for my refund multiple times and was ignored completely. They deserve a class action suit. I would imagine they have done this with other camps as well. Scamming children that want to go to a football camp is an indescribable level of low.

    Whitecaps tickets were to be $2.00 for a certain amount of time for a game. They never emailed tickets. I did contact them and they credited my acct. They said no tickets remaining. BUT THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING FOR 2.00 AND OTHERS ARE BEING SCAMMED. It should not be advertised if they are out of those tickets.

    I purchased 2 tickets last night to the upcoming ************. I see where they took the money out of my account. I was told that I would receive an email to access my tickets and it has yet to happen.

    I purchased tickets through this company and did not receive the confirmation email and tickets. Only after ordering a second set of tickets did I see the record of my first purchase. When attempting to reach customer support on their website the need help button would not load. Only when logged onto a computer would that button load. The company refused to refund my second set of tickets or their absorbent processing fees despite my reaching out before the event occurred for resolution. Avoid this company.

    Fevo is a scam company in my opinion. I tried buying tickets through their site and during the checkout process, I clicked submit payment. That was followed up with an error message saying the payment was processed but couldnt be completed since it was an unsecured site. I received no type of confirmation email at all. I reached out to them and they said they sent a confirmation email and could not refund after the date of the event. Yes, the event you took money for, but did not send any tickets or confirmation for. Do NOT trust FEVO for any of your event tickets.

    When I received my confirmation email, FEVO said my tickets would be available to me IN A SEPARATE ACCOUNT. I did not have an account with this organization, so I quickly made one. After still not being able to access the tickets, I searched for ways to contact FEVO found that the only way was through email. They then told me to just go to the box office at the game, which is what I was trying to avoid by purchasing online because I dont enjoy, standing out in freezing cold temperatures. FEVO is a terrible company and has awful customer service.
