    I purchased two *************** tickets on December 9th, 2022, for the January 1st season game, through FEVO. I received the reply of a email that I did not provide. When I try to correct the matter, only monies were withdrawn from my account. No sale of tickets ever came my way. Tried calling their support number, not working. I cant get through to them. Is there a way I can reach them, thanks .

    What an easy checkout experience! I wanted to surprise my mom with tickets for her birthday when I saw tickets that I could not resist. I bought them using Apple Pay which was pretty cool. I didn't even know I was buying tickets through Fevo until I got my confirmation....best part is, I accessed my tickets already.

    Never received my tickets. Followed instructions per email and wasnt able to access tickets. Sent email to Fevo.com support and crickets. What a scam. Out $230. Requested refund and have no expectations they will respond

    I bought tickets for a baseball game through FEVO. Per the stadiums websites policy, the tickets are supposed to show up on the *** app so they can scan it and enter the stadium. I was waiting for the tickets to show on my app. The day of the game, I still did not get the tickets on the app. I emailed FEVO customer service because apparently thats the only way you can talk to customer service. I spent Hours waiting for replies because its through email. ***************************** a customer service rep went through instructions on how I can Redeem the tickets. An hour before the game, still no tickets. My friend bailed out because she didnt think we would be able to go unfortunately. I was about ready to give up and just not go. I made the decision to call Ticketmaster and the baseball stadium in which they agreed to just accept the email of the receipt of the purchase. My friend couldnt go because she would have been very late. She decided to go out of town to visit her family. So I went By myself and wasted money on a ticket. I emailed Miren about the refund. I thought It was being processed. Two weeks later, i emailed her to follow up and she tried claiming that I did Not ask for a refund even though I showed Her screenshots of the email. Then she replied with well we wouldnt have been able to refund you anyway. Anyone reading this review, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I did My research and saw this was not the first time this business did this.

    Horrible customer service. I have sent about 16 emails hoping for them to respond because when I bought the tickets online it gave me 11 tickets in the wrong section of the stadium. I have been trying to reach them for them to fix my seats and they dont respond at all. There is no other way to contact them except via email no phone number is listed any where. Save yourself the frustration, agony and anger that I am experiencing because they are very irresponsible and they just dont care. Do NOT buy from them.

    I am still waiting for a response from this business about how to retrieve my tickets. I followed instructions on downloading the *** app and still couldnt not retrieve my tickets. I went my myfevo.com and a message saying I will receive an email a day prior to the event. My event is less than a day away and still have not received anything. Now Im about to be $200 out of money and they have no customer service number to call. Ive also sent two requests for help through their website.
