  If I could leave 0 stars I would! I get a notification that my tickets sold on July 15th for a concert July 19th. I had to call because I get a txt and email saying the tickets were released to my email. I am totally confused and somewhat panicked thinking something has gone wrong. I spend 45 minutes trying to confirm I actually didnt buy my own tickets which there was really no way I could have. I am told my tickets actually did sell to someone else and not to worry. Sale shows pending and payment would be deposited AFTER the concert, listing July 20th as the date. Sunday was the 20th so I followed up again on the 21st, still no payment. I check the sale history and now the date is now showing 8 more days, July 28th. I contact customer service and ask for it to expedited per the original agreement as that is what the agent originally told me and I was counting on the funds. Yeah NO we cant do that and someone gave you the wrong information. ******** and poor customer service. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong and payment does get deposited. Once this is done, account will close and I will use one of the several other ticket outlets who have much better funding and customer service.

  Everything occurred as promised. The tickets came on time. I had to sell my parking ticket and that process went smoothly. I sold it quickly but i am still waiting to receive payment. I gave it four stars because i dislike waiting until the day of event to get my tickets. Also, the fees are ridiculous!

  This review comes in two parts. First, buying my ticket went well. I received it promptly. Here's where things went terribly wrong. I was offered a choice of parking spots. One was $18 but was 2.1 miles from the venue. The other was $21 but no mention of how far it was. One would assume the more expensive spot would be closer, right? WRONG!Only after the purchase was completed was it revealed that spot was 2.2 miles away! What's more, once I got the actual address of the parking spot and Googled it, it was really 3 MILES AWAY!! On top of this I was charged an $8 fee! (StubHub has been promoting all-in pricing.) Turns out the spot came from the website ParkWhiz, that charges less than a dollar fee if you buy from them directly. Then on top of all that, I was charged another $8 for third-party "ticket insurance!" So it all came to $37, but I still had to take a subway to get to the venue, which cost me another $5. $42 was almost as much as the ticket to the show cost!I tried to call StubHub customer service. I was told the wait was over 30 minutes, but if I left a number I would be called back. I did, but they never ********* again, the purchase of the ticket went well. But I got taken to the cleaners on the "extras" with no way to get refunded, and I was bait-n-switched on the location of the parking spot that I was overcharged for.

  Real Scam. Ordered front row tickets for a concert and was charged for them. Weeks later was told that they did not have the tickets even though they charged for them. How can they be allowed to sell something and charge us that they don't have?Stubhub replaced them with tickets way back in the last row, not what we paid for. Impossible to get a refund from them - all we get is a runaround. Don't ever buy any tickets from them.

  My first order with you went very smooth. And we had a great time at the ballgame. Only trouble I had was getting to view my tickets, I found it a little confusing. Got my son to help as I am not good at navigating the App.

  Horrible service and do not stand behind their Fan Protect Guarantee. I will never purchase from this company again! Paid for Floor seats at a concert. Hours before the concert I received an email that the seats purchased could not be provided. They offered "comparable" seats which I accepted. When we got to the concert the seats were on the side and you could not even see the performers on stage. I called **************** and even escalated to a supervisor after 45 minutes and they refused to offer any sort of refund despite not delivering anything comparable to what we paid. Service **** were terrible and the way the process was managed needs some serious improvement.

  **** **** was the 10th set of tickets I have purchased through StubHub with success. I realize that not everyone is as lucky if the seller is not trustworthy or fraudulent. Hopefully StubHub can get with the Ticket issuers to stream line the transaction for others.

  I loved this area and spot that I bought. Only issue I had was it took forever to receive the parking pass. We were almost to the venue when it was sent to me. I had to put in all necessary information to be able to park as I was approaching the spot. It was supposed to be sent the day of the event. The doors opened at 6:30pm and I was sent the pass around 6pm.

  Last minute decision to see a concert this past Saturday and the process couldnt have been easier.
