    Tried to buy tickets to a concert and never got the tickets delivered. Was offered a refund and stupidly thought that the same thing couldn't happen twice right? WRONG. Ordered a different set and same thing. Never got the tickets and was on the phone with them the day of the concert to find out what happened. I know it's not the customer services reps fault but asking customers "did you check your spam" like we're idiots doesn't help. When you receive an email saying "your tickets have been delivered" when they haven't, that's a problem. You'd have better luck taking a chance buying tickets on the he street than trusting this sham of a company.

    I wish I can give this app a zero in order to post this review but alas. I order pretty good seats for a UFC fight in Dallas. They had no problem taking the money out of my card. But when I got to the event, I was told by the attendant that I should have received an email from Ticketmaster with my mobile transferred tickets in which I didn’t. She informed me to call them so that they can send it to me. I called and of course they sold MY TICKETS to someone else. This app is a scam and if you value your money and time, please purchase elsewhere

    Horrible horrible business. they steal your money and put you in ticket exchanges you can’t get out of without penalty of $100+. customer support is by far the worst of any company they offer zero help and when something goes wrong they’ll charge you for it. this is a company with a very fine print that has the sole purpose of screwing you over. please use any other possible method to resell tickets. NOT WORTH ANYTHING.

    I'm so upset. I purchased tickets to a soccer game. I didn't realize I was ordering them through a third party who never transferred the tickets to me, I couldn't re-list them for sale since they weren't transferred and I have now lost $500. I will never go to that website again. Buyers beware!

    Don't ever trust this site. Even my bank said they do all types of stop payments on stubhub. From the purchase to seat, what a joke. I stood out side never got my tickets. NEVET, I MEAN NEVER TRUST THIS SITE!!!8

    THIS APP IS A SCAM!!! They marked ALL THE SEATS ARE SOLD OUT while there were plenty of seats available. I PAID MORE THAN DOUBLE!! The customer service person was, "I should check with the venue first before I trust them" THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! They can't mislead the customer this way. Please don't use this app!!

    What a total disappointment. "Sold" us great seats to Chesney concert 5 months in advance. DAY OF CONCERT we get an email that they could not fulfill the order and gave us a terrible selection of seats for exchange. Cancelled and took a full refund but 5 months of planning wasted.
    Buyer beware. Tickets sellers hope for ignorance.

    Overpriced, can not cancel orders for refunds. No customer service. Awful, just plain awful for a company owned by eBay.
