    StubHub came through with their guarantee when there was an issue with my original tickets. I was so grateful to be able to call them directly on the day of the event and even had a *** call me as they promised they would!

    I loved StubHub. This was a major purchase and wanted to get my seats correct. No other ticket site helped me understand the view or showed me reviews from the view. This my was most helpful way to choose the best seats for ******** concert. StubHub did it. Thank you and experience was great too! <3

    Tickets were legit. Instructions for moving tickets from StubHub to Ticket Master would have been helpful.

    Bought three good rangers baseball tickets and dropped them to my wallet as usual. Sometime after that stubhub and the rangers determined that the first purchaser used a fraudulent credit card and cancelled the sale to me BUT NEVER TOLD ME! Rangers scanned and cleared the tickets so we got in and settled when another guy showed with identical tickets! Rangers were great about the mixup and we got same quality tickets but dont believe I will ever use stubhub again! Cant trust the tickets they send you will be good! Post note - several days now and NOTHING from stubhub! Buyer beware!!!!!!

    It was an easy ticket purchase I made for 3 person and this is the first show weve ever at the Sphere LV. Postcard from earth is an amazing experience, brilliant and facilitating.

    I have never had any problems purchasing tickets from StubHub so I guess Ive been lucky. Im sorry to hear about others negative experiences using this site. My recent experience for the Mumford and Sons concert at ********* was excellent. Tickets arrived timely, and I was able to download them to my Apple Wallet. No problems at all. We traveled from out of state to attend this concert so Im glad we had a great experience. As I said, I have been lucky so far but am now a little wary and will think twice.

    I'd purchased two tickets on the day of the Club World Cup final soccer tournament played at *************** in ** and was not able to enter the stadium because my tickets were never released by StubHub. I spent over an hour trying to get the tickets released at game time and was not successful. I finally had someone get back to me after half time in which by then I was told my tickets were cancelled. I missed going into the stadium to watch my favorite team ******* who won the tournament. I will never ever purchase and encourage everyone to never buy tickets from this vendor.

    ****** ******** tickets for a sold out show about 4 days before the event. There was a technical issue that prevented me getting the tickets until the day of the event. At the last minute, they needed to locate the seller but the seller was non-responsive for half a day. Through their guarantee, they offered me similar tickets 1 hr before the show. The tickets turned out to be better than what I had originally bought. So it worked out, but the process was stressful, with multiple calls with their customer support and the headache of not having tickets while being en route to the event- don't know if I would use again if I have other options.
