    Ive been waiting on my money for over 3 month. They sold my seats May 29 2022 The game was played on September 8 2022 Its September 23 and I still havent received my money. *** talked to 2 supervisors that have tried to explain to me why my payment info keeps miraculously disappearing. So they have the nerve to ask me to show patience all the while holding my money. Unfortunately I have more games coming up that have already sold. TicketMaster is much better in this department. Screwed customer

    Zero stars. I ordered one parking pass and two tickets for the Bills-Dolphins game on Sunday, It took them 12 days to *** the package and two follow up calls to confirm order. No tickets and no refund after confirming my order. I am getting the runaround five hours later. They are f****** criminals.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM STUBHUB!!!! I purchased tickets to The Phantom of the Opera from StubHub. Oct 2, 2022, at 3 pm was indicated on their website as the date and time of the show. I was so excited to see a 3 pm show (the perfect time for dinner after the show). After purchasing the tickets I when to the theater's website to see the view from our seats and found that there is no 3 pm show, but a 5 pm show instead. So I called StubHub to confirm if the show is really 3 pm. They insisted it is 3 pm. Then I saw other websites only have a 5 pm show on that day. I called the box office to confirm the show time on 10/2/2022. The box office confirmed only 5 pm and there is no 3 pm show. So I called StubHub to request for refund. I made multiple phone calls and spoke to five different people. They all indicated that was a mistake on their end. First, they told me I will get an email within 24 hours. Then they told me the case has been escalated and is being reviewed by StubHub and will need to get back to me in 5 business days. Another one told me I will have to release the tickets and resell them myself. What if the tickets didn't get sold? It was their fault for having the wrong show time at the time I purchased the tickets. I should be getting my refund and not accepting the tickets and trying to resell them myself.

    Horrible first sale transaction. I was sent an email by the seller saying they needed their tickets. Called STL tub hub to verify it was legit and was told they sold 9/8 and since I didnt send them by last night then the sale was void. I never received an email from stub hub stating the tickets sold on 9/8. The first email I received was from the Buyer. The Guy on the phone was no help and refused to get me to a manager. I will never sell tickets through them again!

    Terrible customer service. There is not even a contact us on their website when you have an issue. I had to ****** contact stubhub customer service in order to find a number to call. Run away from this site and use an alternative company.

    Broadway ticket buyers BEWARE! The box office and Seat Geek will exchange your tickets if the lead role or cast members arent in shows due to COVID. Stub hub has no policy for this. We paid $1900 for 3 seats for Funny Girl, all 8 members of the cast were understudies so people dumped tickets for $50/each so we could not resell them and get our money back. Meantime we had back row rear Mezzanine seats for $1900 when we really only wanted to go see ************************Date of experience: September 15, 2022

    Don't do it!!!! If you buy tickets here the technology is confusing and hard to navigate. Very difficult to resell or give tickets away after purchase point. Go to the box office and get paper tickets. You'll be happier with the flexibility of actually having your ticket. Extremely disappointed with my whole experience as I could not sell in time due to technical problems...

    Horrible!!! Scammers!!! DO NOT Buy from them!!!The event date was Sept 15 ******************* in ***** ************, I purchased 3 Tickets using ******'s sitting chart section 315 row L, I bought the tickets back in April, received an email after purchased with the order # and a message saying I will receive mobile tickets in a separate email with instructions within ***** hours, I never received such email. I waited the 48 hours before contacting them, they say that I will get them closer to the event day, call them back the day before the event and the representative tells me that the tickets were scheduled to go out at 4:00 PST (date of the event), I was a hesitant because I am on EST 7:00 pm when the show is scheduled to start, she assured me I will have them if not to call them immediately and they will take care of it. ("customer service all the way to your seat") what a JOKE! Event day comes drove a couple of hours in traffic to get to the Arena $50 for parking and no tickets, Call them back as requested remember ("customer service all the way to your seat") the rep asked me for the order # and email, well guess what my email does not match the order number??? what??? I have called the day before, after I called her that ***** she found it, after going back and forth I was told there was nothing they could do because they did not own the tickets but they will reimburse my money, I asked her when she said she doesn't know because she has to send the claim to the reimbursement department, lets see how that goes. To be continued... I suggest them to have measures in place to ensure customers get the product theyre paying for and eliminate their motto("customer service all the way to your seat") because obviously that is not true. I feel robbed and will certainly never use StubHub again. I urge you to purchase tickets elsewhere if you want quality assurance and decent customer service. Happy Birthday to me!!! I will post this experience everywhere I can.

    No tickets and never attended event!!! Wish I stuck with my gut when I purchased through stub hub. Now, they refuse to give me refund!!!!
