    **************** was awful. I had issues with receiving my ** football game tickets multiple times. Last call I make I ran into a rep who did not care at all about the concerns I had. I asked for a sup at one point and he put me on hold for on going as I'm typing now 40 minutes.

    Bought tickets in May 2022. Concert is TONIGHT. Sept 3rd. Tickets never came. Supposed to get a full refund but I do not trust them. Also, I still am left without tickets for tonight!!!

    DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE SHYSTERS! I will NEVER buy tickets from StubHub again. All they are is a means for ticket sellers to GOUGE the purchaser. I thought I was spending $179.28 for 2 tickets to Dorothy in better seating. When I finally got the tickets they said they were only General Admission and were listed at $23.88 each. The receipt said my tickets were $66.36...then they charged me another $46.56 in fees. I feel totally ripped off. My only option according to the rep was to resell my tickets, thereby passing along the gouge to some other unsuspecting sap. That is wrong. So you only get ONE chance to do me wrong. I vote with my dollar and Stub Hub will NEVER get another penny from me...and by the way, also avoid Global Experience Solutions who was the seller via StubHub. What a racket! Shame on you!

    This is total BS. Paid 3 weeks in advance for tickets to see Boston vs Yankees. Paid over 300 bucks. Yesterday got an email from StubHub telling me ticket NO LONGER AVAILABLE. After 3 weeks...so I contacted customer support and they convinced me to take some other ticket. Which was suppose to be COMPARABLE, ...after looking on the seating chart I'm FURTHER BACK AND AWAY from my previous seat, which was 7 rows off the field. Contacted customer support again they informed me I could sell the new ticket thru StubHub, get this and pay a commission to STUBSUCKS for the selling of the new ticket. YOU PEOPLE BITE !

    SCAM!!!! Hidden or misleading information that doesn’t give you the actual product. I got tickets to go see a show and it was not actual tickets but they failed to mention to me it was only fast lane passes. Now I’m out of money and won’t be able to go see the show!! I can’t believe this company is able to get away with taking peoples money and not providing them with actual products!!! After calling and trying to fix the issue right after I received an email stating that I didn’t receive what I initially wanted they made no effort to care or help out. Seriously the worst customer service and experience with this company! Stay away and don’t use their website to buy tickets!!! Also Kevin was extremely condescending and rude.

    THIS IS THE WORST TICKETING APP/ SITE. I would not even want my enemy to use them. I put tickets for sale and then didn't have them anymore. I went on the app saying I no longer had the tickets but was very confused by their app and there was no option to call and talk or email anyone. They did not take my tickets down and someone was able to purchase them. Which I no longer had and they are blaming me and charged me the amount of the tickets. Everyone I spoke with was rude and would not listen to me. I would never use this site again or recommend to anyone.

    Flew from Detroit to NYC to see Harry Styles. Got to Madison Square Garden and my tickets from StubHub did not pull up. Called StubHub and they told me the seller resold them- accepting a penalty fee. They sent me a link to get new tickets. And we selected some with 45 min to go. They told me it would be 5 min. The second tickets never came. They told me that my email was blocking the new sellers' transfer email. And that it was too late to resolve - they could only refund me. They also said twice they'd give me another $850 and credit. They was a lie. Horrible company.

    Paid $938 for tickets and StubHub decided to cancel the order two months later because they could sell them for a higher price. Did not communicate the cancellation with us so now we are just finding out 1 month away from the event we have no tickets.

    I purchased tickets using my debit card for a concert for my grandson, daughter and myself. I chose "fast lane" tickets. I spent over $300 on them. It took a long time for the tickets to arrive. The day of the concert, we went, thinking we would get in quickly. We waited an hour only to find out that the tickets were bogus, fake tickets.

    How can they stay in business not one single good review glad I checked the reviews before giving my credit card information isn't stealing illegal this place should be shut down
