      Parked there for a minute to go grab wallet left at near bye store to come back and pay and second I got to sidewalk person wrote a $35 parking fee and a $20 no payment fee. This company needs to be closed and kicked out of every state. How can you charge for both when it was literally 2 minutes from parking. I submitted an appeal figured they would waive at least one of the fees but no. This is just my initial start to make sure this company goes away. I will be contacting the *************** also and ****************.

      Terrible customer service for the *** Waikiki ********************** garage. Had a problem with a validation ticket which I tried to address with them, but had to reach out multiple times for a response, only to have them tell me something that contradicts what is actually stated on the parking ticket. Tried to reach back out to them for clarification for future use, and received no response. Terrible way to run a company.

      Call to figure out why I was fired for no reason whatsoever not got told anything was wrong with my work. They hired a full-time person, but theyve not a part-time which was what I was at they left, and they hired another full-time person who is now at part-time call call headquarters and they say I am not employed there Ive never been employed by them

      I got a $160 notice for failing to pay for parking at the ****************. They threatened to impound my car if I didn't pay by a certain time. A private company does not have the authority to carry that out. Shady at best! Avoid the **************** parking garage at all costs, because it will cost you down the road. The instructions they do have are not clear and any garage that just allows you to exit through an open gate without verifying your parking payment (or allowing you to pay at the gate) is trying to scam you down the road. ABM needs to be investigated.

      If you're experiencing any type of harassment, bullying, stalking from a male supervisor and you report it, they will take action against you. During the harassment if you get emotional and use profanity, you will be "the problem" and nothing you reported will be considered. So basically, they make you "the problem" and disregard the males actions. Even though theres been several complaints against the one individual.

      I just filed a complaint with the ******** State ************************* and would encourage anyone else to do the same. They do not deserve a rating. I too had been parking here over the years sometimes it was free and others, there was a nominal fee. This last time I didn't see a ticket coming through the gate nor was I asked to pay upon exit. I did get a letter sent to my home saying that I owed $80 for not paying. Or better, if I didn't pay within 30 days it would be $80. This was with only 5 days to respond. I received another letter with a $160 fine recently from a law firm. I was and am still willing to pay for the 2-4 hours which is $4-$8; not $80 and definitely not that ridiculous $160. What a racket.

      ABM parking services is a scam. I promise that I will not rest until this business is exposed. I'm going to contact the Attorney General and have them investigated. You never know who you're scaming until you scam someone who is in a position to help people.

      ******* mi they took over a contract for the schools and their account manager was a ***** she had a issue with favorite and when I told her to stop she let me go of course she made sure to ban me from ever going back also just because you have thirty years with a company I guess it means they will believe that person over someone who had been in the district longer than this ridiculous company I hope another company returns and I hope ABM loses the contract
