      They cheat employees on their money. Checks always late. When you ask about your money you get the run around and excuses.

      If there was an ability to leave zero stars, I would. My complaint is on point with the numerous others and the sneaky business practices of this company and the parking garage at *********************** My family and I have been going to this movie theatre for years and and have never paid for parking. Then, I get a notice in the mail of a $160 fee. As you can imagine, we were very surprised as we have grown accustomed to driving in and out for all the movies and not having gates. Regardless of the signs here and there and posted since Feb. 2023 as stated below, the fact there are not gates to have guests pay for the parking is very shady. The staff inside the Regal doesn't even know what's going on. We are very happy to pay for this parking, and any parking moving foward now that we know, but to get a bill for $160 is down right criminal and should be investigated by the BBB. As I've read the numerous reviews below, it seems all are willing to pay for parking, no one is disputing that. But put some gates up and control the process vs putting a new one in place after so many years and using the excuse of "signage everywhere" then threatening a tow if a $160 fee isn't paid for $4 parking. I feel bad for all of the people who simply paid the fee and moved on. It's borderline criminal what ABM is doing, and all in the name of making it easier and avoiding congestion. There has NEVER been congestion in that parking lot, no matter if it's a Sunday matinee or prime time weekends. Thank you BBB for looking into this. CS

      ABM Parking is entrapping its clients by removing ticket machines and gates at entry and gates at exit at their parking facilities. Once caught in their web they charge you $80 for not paying for parking. BBB should encourage the state of ** to investigate ABM and its practices. Zero stars.

      They changed the parking fees at a facility (Western and ******** at the **** that had been free for years, without making it look like anything had changed (there are signs, but if you've been using the place for 20 years, you don't really notice them at night and there are no gates or anything). Fair enough, I suppose, but I never got any notice of a violation and then almost 2 months later I received a bill for $160 because I didn't pay the initial (and outrageous) $80 fine, which they then doubled to $160. They included a warning that if I don't pay up, my car can be booted and I'll have collection agencies coming after me. I submitted a complaint and request to have it reduced, which never got any reply. I will never use another ABM facility, and I'll be encouraging everyone I know not use patronize businesses that use this shady, greed-driven corporation. Oh, and after you are strong-armed into paying, they add on a $5 "convenience fee" for the pleasure of being ripped off.

      At the Regal Theater on Western you can leave without paying.No barrier to stop you.Yes my teen age kid just drove out because it was ALWAYS free before so she wasn't paying attention.It's just a scam to charge a $80 fine.

      They dont even deserve a star Today is July 31 and my birthday vacation is ruined cause of atm parking machine practically maxing my debit card with multiple nights I am not gonna use I contact 3 people who seem to just rotate me from one manager to another They all managers The customer service is scary I felt completely discriminated They literally told me I should pay more attention to what I am doing Very horrible experience I have anxiety And because of it U ask the counter lady of the commuter airport to help me What she lively did To be both of us treated like liar instead of asking for prove and offer a solution as this was the correct and professional thing to do This business should be shut

      They keep sending me invoices after we have canceled our service. This has been going on for months. It's very annoying. You would think in the computer age they could get this figured out.

      Parking at the *********** is a complete scam. The gate is left open with no signage, then they take a photo of your license plate and text you (violating your privacy) to pay an $80 fine.

      On June 12 2023 . Around 9:20ish I Went To Regal Cinemas And Used The Abm Parking Services . I Scanned The ** Code To Pay But The Server Wasnt Working . It Wasnt Letting Me Type In My Vehicles License Plate Therefore I Couldnt Proceed To Pay. I Even Went Inside To ********** Couldnt Help Me. Today June 14 I Got The $80 ************ Ridiculous Cause Parking Was Only $4 & I Was Trying To Pay It But It Wasnt Working. Theyre Ripping You Off . Ive Read Several Other Reviews Saying The Same Thing. Im Willing To Pay The Original Parking Fee Nothing More. $80 Is Ridiculous For A Couple Hours.

      They towed my car in an employee parking lot. I had parked between the white lines next to others cars in the parking lot with a visible parking pass they provide us. I am a flight attendant and got home from a trip at 1 am to find ***********. When asked why was it towed they couldnt give me an explanation at the office and just kept saying sorry this happened to you. I was charged $130 with no explanation. All employees just said sorry this happened to you but continued to charge me and make time wait about 1 hr and a half to retrieve me car.
