  They make it impossible to pay to park then send you a bill for $160 plus a $5 convenience fee to pay it. I will be calling the better business bureau

  NEGATIVE -5 STARS I have NEVER been so LIVID in my life! Ive never heard of this company or anything before so WHERE IS THIS $80 ticket coming from?? I haven't seen a anything about paying for parking. SO TO GET ANY $80 FEE IS INSANE! The thing about it is they texted my elderly father a random link to pay $80 it has NO EXPLANATION of what the $80 is for or anything. I am a single mother so there is no way i am paying $80 for whatever this is! WHO CAN I TALK TO TO GET THIS CLEARED UP AND TAKEN OFF BECAUSE THIS IS ABSURD! ITS A STRAIGHT SCAM! SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE! They are really trying to take advantage of people with this.

  Money grab. They cite you a ticket EVEN after you already paid. Their app is faulty and not easy to use, and they dont care.

  3 weeks, still no pay check Ive reached out 16 times, no one can tell me anything Monday was SECOND pay period since Ive worked.. five days ago.. still no check I call again today guess what, they have my check, and need my address I filled out all my paperwork, copies of my DL and you dont know my address ???

  This company is completely dishonest. Their parking garage on ******************************************* has no barrier. They have a QR code that you are supposed to scan and it is located on a machine that looks like a ticket booth but apparently is not. This takes you to a totally different app (Parkwhiz) where you pay but they dont send you a receipt. You then get a text the next day as they have scanned your licence plate and they charge you $85 for not paying even though you have. This company should face criminal charges or fraud and false advertising.

  CROOKS! ALLOF THEM ARE LYING THEIVES. I DID NOT GET MY PAYCHECK AND THE COMPANY LOST MY BADGE THEN DENIED LOSING IT WHICH I HAD TO PAY $200 OUT OF POCKET FOR THEIR S**** UP. I HOPE THIS COMPANY CHOKES AND GO TO PRISON. THEY ARE ALL CROOKS!!!!

  Received a $68 parking citation 1 minute after I paid for parking standing at the sign next to my car... It doesn't matter that I am in the right and will eventually be vindicated. It matters that I have to do hours worth of work because of this company's absolutely inept business practices.

  On December 2, 2022, I paid cash at a self-service kiosk to park for 3.5 hours at an ABM Parking Services public parking lot. On January 9, 2023, I received a notice from *** in the mail at my home address stating that I was in violation for an unpaid parking fee from December 2. I had not been previously notified of any violation by mail, however, nor was there a ticket on my car when I left the *** lot on December 2. The notice informed me that I had ten days to pay the fine of ****** dollars or this debt will be assigned to a licensed collection agency and/or attorney.I contacted the Parking **************** by email, as *** requires, to resolve this issue. ***s local ********* manager replied to me that if I still had the receipt from December 2 showing that I paid for my parking space, the violation fee would be waived. I told her that I no longer had the receipt from over a month ago. I also told her that a local police officer had parked in the same lot at the same time and for the same duration as I had, since we went to see an event together. She used a credit card to pay for her parking space at the same kiosk that I paid cash at, which means her bank had a record of her payment. She did not receive a parking violation. Considering this, I told the ********* manager by that *** was clearly scamming me. The manager did not respond again.A sign on ***s self-service kiosk says drivers dont need to put the paper receipt on the dash of their cars while they are parked because *** already has a photo of the cars license plate, as well as the date and time of payment recorded electronically. Yet, in my case *** had no record whatsoever that I had paid. *** is clearly scamming people who pay cash and dont save their printed receipts. This is all the more obvious since my friend paid with a credit card at the same time I did and was not fined. ***'s signage at the kiosk also subtly encourages drivers to throw out their receipts.

  If I could give them 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. The sign at the lot said $30. You have to pay online. They charged $40 plus $2 processing fee. When I disputed, I was told that nothing could be done because I didn't take a photo of the sign. 2 weeks later, I received a $80 parking ticket from ABM. I contacted **** ****, the place that I paid online. They had me email a copy of the ticket to them. The response was that I had the deal directly with ABM. I had the fill out the online form to dispute the ticket on ABM's site. Finally, almost a month after I actually parked in there lot, I don't owe anymore money. However, still no reconsolidation for the bait and switch payment or the time that I had to put in to settle this issue. Never again will I park in their lot.

  This company ABM Industries has super bad unprofessional practices. They have supervisors that yell at the employees, they bully and belittle. They insulted my intelligence making me feel incompetent. Sure they offer good benefits and great pay but are intolerably unprofessional.
