      I purchased a MK purse. The handle started to come apart. I contacted MK consumer support at ******************************************************************* with pictures of my purse and receipt where I purchased it in ***********, ** on 2/19/22 for $163.53. I completed the form and sent pictures and my receipt. They told me to send it in. I mailed it by **** on 6/9/22 and I have a receipt for it and paid $14.55 out of pocket. I have contacted them almost daily since then by email and phone. They have no answers for me except they have examined it and great news it is covered and will be repaired and returned in 2-3 weeks. I keep getting the same response. I can not get a real answer about my purse and they always say they will get back to me and they don't . I want a new purse just like the one I had or my money back plus shipping I paid out of pocket. This has been so stressful and ridiculous. This has been the worst customer support I have ever received! I feel they have lost my purse. I CAN NOT get a real answer and DO NOT have my purse after 7 week.Here are my correspondences:5/30 I emailed customer service, they responded and sent me the form 6/9 I mailed purse and form 6/21 I emailed to ask if they received my purse, they replied great news it is covered and I would have it back in 2-3 weeks 7/14 I emailed and asked the status 7/19 I emailed and asked the status, they replied they would get back to me when they know something 7/20 I called and asked the status, they said they would get back to me when they know something 7/27 I emailed and asked the status, they emailed great news it is covered and I would have it back in 2-3 weeks 7/28 I emailed and told them I wanted a new purse or my money back

      Hi,I purchased a pair of shoes from Michael Kors and the sizing was not correct. Then I decided to return the product. I went to the store in UTC *********. The lady working there told me we do not handle the return if you paid with Paypal! I even asked for a credit store they told me that they do not do anything if I paid with paypal!You must mail it back to the store! I mail it back to the store! They return it saying that it was wore we cannot accept it and ship them back to me! I took it again to the store they accept the condition but they said that since it pass 30 days they cannot accept it!I feel like they are playing with me in a mean way!I should not pay for your weakness of not having a right system in your store to accept paypal! If you cannot handle it, do not accpt paypal! Now I am stuck!
