      If I could give no stars, I would. PURELY because their **************** is absolutely horrible. I purchased an item in January 2023. Not even 4 months after having it, the front clasp fell off. If I paid 100s for an item that is supposed to be WELL-MADE, that should not happen. Luckily, I had a year warranty on this purse, or so I thought. I sent them an email and months went by of me constantly replying to my email asking for an update every week. I finally found where I could chat with them online, so I did that. I explained that I sent a warranty form all filled out to their customer service and months went by without me receiving a response. My rep told me he had my info pulled up and was looking into it. THEN, he disconnected me. So I went to connect to the live chat again, pretty irritated that I got disconnected, and ended up getting the same guy. He told me he would send me an email with instructions on how to send it back for repair. Never got that email. 2 weeks go by, so I finally decide to call these people and the lady over the phone was so extremely rude. I let her know I checked my junk and still have not received the email. Her reply was: "Well it was sent, so." GIRL, RESEND THE ****** She went ahead and sent it again after me complaining, and I finally received it. I had to pay to ship the purse to them, and MULTIPLE weeks go by and I received an email stating they were sending me a gift card for less than what I paid and that the styles change so they couldn't send a new product. THE SAME PRODUCT IS ONLINE, BUT THEY'RE CHARGING MORE. They can afford to lose out on a few dollars, I can NOT. The customer service is extremely unprofessional and the warranty is a joke. They still have the purse I sent, I still don't have a gift card, and they're trying to take money from ME. I called again, completely ****** off, got a lady that barely spoke English, and she said she had to escalate it and they would call me in another 3-5 business days. HORRIBLE!

      Bought a Michael Kors handbag for my wife for Christmas. The top started peel off so I called warranty and they stated that I will need a ship it to them. They send me a shipping instruction but us as the consumer we have to pay for the shipping which is ridiculous. A multi billion dollar company cant afford to supply a shipping label without cost. Not only do I have to pay for the shipping label, but there could be a chance that they might deny it and not fix it. Never Michael Kors ever again.

      I have a gift card with over $150on it. I tried making a purchase on the Michael Kors website. The order didn't go through but the website took my money off the gift card. So I called and asked for my money back they told me I had to wait for an email and 5 business days. I can't believe that I have to go through all of this to get something that belongs to me. If the order didn't go through my money should have never been taking. Now its been over way over 5 business days no email no money back. This company doesn't care of providing good customer service to their customers. I have even complained to the corporate office and they told me not their department they don't deal with the customer service department. I'm sure other people have went through this. This is something that can be easily fixed by an I.T. department. Which would help and lessen their complaints. But no it seems like their stealing peoples money and not trying to give it back. I would never refer anyone to get a gift card from this company.

      Oh my God i 2nd everything ****** stated. They were horrible to me! #********* #michaelkors #shoppingharrasment #black Black women cant shop with large purses. I have a large *************** and when I say a thats not literally I dont want to count how many I really have but ? I have a large size, Michael Kors, tote bags, and **** Spade purses. I have large size purses. Am I not to carry my purses to shop when I have a make up bag and all different types of stuff women carry all of that stuff dont fit in a Crossbody. They treated me like crap! From following me around to putting me at the store like I have never

      I placed an order for a Purse on 6 July 2023 12 pm as my wife's Birthday on July 8 2023. I paid $30 for expedited one day shipping. The order shipped on July ********* recieved it on July 10 2023 causing huge embarrassment. Michael Kors agents ******** simply said "Sorry too bad, we will refund your $30 fee." No one was willing to compensate me for the huge embarrassment I faced. Pathetic service by Michael Kors ******.

      Brilliantly and Beautifully Designed Clothes by Smart Designers.****** Employees working INSIDE the Store are Professional.Unfortunately the ONLINE STORE MK Employees are Grossly Incompetent, reason for my statement since March 2022 and June 2023 my orders have been cancelled 4 Times. I asked Why was my Order Cancealed I was informed by MK "We Do Not Have a Reason Listed" how unprofessional and clueless does this sound.My Cancelled MK Order Numbers and My Complaint No logged in 2022, is still Open ONE YEAR Later June 2023.WARNING: If MK Online Store Cancels An Order via TRACKING on which happened on 6th of June 2023, MK will NOT refunded the Customer immediately.My Order was cancelled on 6.2.23. Five Days Later 6.7.23 WARNING I DO NOT HAVE MY ORDERED GOODS AND I DO NOT HAVE THE REFUND FOR $1,134.46 MK HAS BOTH. The Economy is Slowing down "A *************** would refund immediately on 6.2.23 when they cancelled the Order, this is not MK's Business Practice. This is why I have contacted BBB to raise a complaint.My ******************* is very understanding of the currents times and credited my Card with $1,134.46, whilst my ************** disputes the Charges with MK.

      The worst customer service Ive ever experienced in my life their policies are s*** and they cant fix or change internet mistakes. Literally first company Ive ever dealt with in my life that has the worst policies on the planet. Whatever you do dont make the same mistake and order anything from these people

      I sold 2 items on their pre loved site. The first one I got paid when I was supposed to. I was never paid for the second item. *** called and emailed them several times with screenshots but nobody gets back to me and the problem is still not resolved. Worst customer service
