      Ordered a tote bag online at Tory Burch during their annualsale, however, I received an item different from what I ordered. Called their customer service and cannot do anything about it and just offered a refund and return of the item. All I want is a return and exchange of the correct item and not a refund, but they cannot do it. I had to drive for an hour just to go to ***** to drop off the wrong item sent. So much inconvenience to the customer! Their customer service could only offer an apology with a 10% discount on my future purchases but cannot be used on the current sale, hahaha. This is like giving a small treat to a dog, lmao! It's like, "Hey, sorry we mess up, here's 10% discount on your future purchases with us, but you cannot use it on our sale, but only on a full price item, we would like you to spend more money on us even though we mess up your order and made so much inconvenience to you". Is this the way to treat your customers, huh? Ordered from different companies i.e Coach, **** **************** etc... I received exactly what I ordered,. It's my first time with Tory Burch but will not be a returning customer anymore, they're so disappointing.

      I totally agree with the last review left on here and my circumstances were different. After a month my order was marked as shipped, but when I clicked the link to the shipping company, it said waiting to receive items. I contacted Tory Burch and was basically told Im the one that chose the carrier, the carrier has received the items (even though ***** argued that they did not) but had not delivered due to an increase in shipments. I was absolutely disappointed. It totally ruined my Christmas gifts and it honestly offended me that it was blamed on ME! Loved the products prior to this but for a company of such high standard, this was unacceptable.

      I placed an order recently for 3 items that were on sale. The items were shipped by ***** and they partnered with ***** **** did not deliver the package but somehow ***** marked it as delivered . Phone the company about the item not delivered and was told to wait a few more days. After a few more days I decided to email the company . They responded to me by saying they saw I used a 3rd party shipping company and they not responsible for lost items because ***** marked it as delivered . Like Really !!!! If **** has their latest scan at post office and available for pickup , how was it delivered. This company has the worse customer service ever. They lied about opening up a ticket , whatever that is , with **** and was assured the item was delivered. Due to that fact there is nothing more they can do. Oh yeah, I went straight to PayPal to dispute the charge . You not gonna take my $318.33 and I dont have my items. I dont play bout my money! Do a full investigation with people items being delivered with ***** They always mark items as delivered when they are not. This is sickening! Your hard earn money and their lack of empathy and poor customer service . My shipping company has served me for over ************************ stolen items on their behalf. If they said the items were not delivered, the items were not delivered !

According to toryburch.com, Tory Burch is not responsible for any damages or loss caused by a third party shipping service.We're still hopeful that you were able to locate your package. You can contact the shipping company you used to forward your parcel for more details and open a claim with them directly.       Recently we went to Tory Burch outlet in ********** ** I was upset that they didnt honor me as a veteran and said I had to be a active duty military to be able to receive the discount, I served my country and Im a 100% disabled veteran, I have spent thousands of dollar in there store, they will not get anymore of my money

      I purchased a Tory Burch bag, used it a few time and the clasp broke. The store I purchased it at will not refund me for it and Tory Burch doesnt back their products either! Its a shame that a company such as this should not take responsibility for a defective item!

      As you write, they authorized a refund, I sent it back to the retailer and a few weeks later it was returned to me with a letter stating that they reimburse only for new/unused items even though I explained the situation clearly. I purchased a new bag with the understanding that I will be refunded for the old one, Im really upset about the situation. Please see what you can do to rectify this issue. Thank you

      Never again will I order a pair of shoes from this company, 200 plus dollars and never again.I order the the pink sandals ( double T ) and never received the shoes. Fed X said they delivered the shoes and there is nothing at the door or in my **** yard. These shoes were for my daughters bday. All I want is a refund, and now Im stuck paying a bill for a shoe I dont have.

      I been a costumer for this brand for years o owe multiple purses and shoes. Recently I started ordering online and was happy with everything but back in may of this year one pair of sneaker sole peeled off and I contacted their chat costumer support to report the issue and get some help I provided the order number and pictures they said someone will reach out for the best solution, I waited for a month and nothing happened, reached out again in July, same situation no one is offering a solution exchange or anything and they always said they will reach out today august 8, Im contacting them again to try to get this solved because was an online purchase I cant believe its been 3 months and no one has reached out. What a terrible costumer service, poor responsiveness and just cant believe that a well know company will handle costumers like this. Unbelievable.

      I ordered some slides June 30th. It said it was shipped July 5th but I havent received the package. I checked with my neighbors who stay home all day because even if Im not home they would get the package and put it in their house if I tell them to. I texted the customer service live number and they told me they couldnt issue me a reshipment or refund. At this point all I want is a refund because I didnt receive my order and I paid for something that I literally didnt receive!

      I bought a bella shoes because it was cute and used it ONCE when I traveledthe shoes got damaged by just using it once. Imagine, just ONCE. I would have understand it getting damaged it i use it everyday but just this ONE TIME USE AND ITS ALREADY DAMAGED? Why sell something expensive with POOR QUALITY? Anyway, I contacted Tory and Burch via chat and their response was that it is from a normal wear and tear. So T&B already have an expectation that their shoes will get damaged just by using it once? Is that how you guys see your products? Pay >$100 and expect to ruin it in a day. I purchased a coach shoes and until now it is still in good shape and i have used it many times.I wish i could attach a photos.I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON TORY AND BURCH UNLESS YOU HAVE UNLIMITED SOURCE OF INCOME AND JUST LIKE WASTING.

      Im reaching out about my purchase and store experience. I made a purchase of a cross body bag a little over a year and four months ago. I originally reached out to corporate and they told me that I had to reach out to the store that I made the purchase and they will send an email to the general manager to make sure everything was handled. Oh boy, did he go downhill from there-a so-called assistant manager reached out to me by the name of ******. He was very rude stopping me why I was trying to talk over talking me and telling me what I wasnt going to do when I was actually asking him why would the policy be in place for just a year when we making these large purchases and its just a zipper Im just trying to see if somebody can help me with the zipper because its only four months outside of my year of Purchase. He stated nothing will be done. I will not be able to speak to the general manager. He will not give me his last name and told me he didnt feel safe, giving me his last name, and that I can speak to anyone else outside of him, and nothing will be done. This is very upsetting especially for somebody who makes quite a few purchases from Tory Burch. I have over ************************************************************* and spend small amounts. I actually get their pricier of your bags. something definitely needs to be done about that customer service agent and something needs to be done for your customers as a whole with if they have an issue with something that theyre not wearing every day and the zipper mysteriously breaks at a 1 year4 month **** that shouldnt be acceptable.
