    I can't see the actual date due to them removing my account. But on 4/4/25 they told me this in email:Hello, *****. Thank you for reaching out to Benjamin Social Help. Im ******, and Im here to address your concerns. After reviewing your account, I regret to inform you that it has been permanently disabled due to detected suspicious activity. This is why you're unable to log in, reset your password, or proceed with a withdrawal. Please note that our system automatically flags accounts based on certain patterns and behaviors that may pose a risk to the integrity of our platform. These measures are in place to ensure a fair and secure experience for all users. For privacy and security reasons, we are unable to share the specific details of the flagged activity. However, I want to reassure you that all account reviews are done thoroughly before any action is taken. Unfortunately, in cases like this, account suspensions are final, and were unable to reinstate the account or process any pending rewards or withdrawals. I know this isn't the response you were hoping for, and I sincerely apologize for the disappointment this has caused. Thank you for your understanding.Sincerely,Member Services I played their games and did what I needed to legally from one phone. They won't pay out the $63 I earned from playing games with ads and all that they offer. They don't seem to be considerate. There was no fraud activity. That seems to be a blanket excuse to ban accounts and not pay them.

    I have earned rewards playing games and completing offers on the Benjamin app. I completed the offer that if I opened a Chime account and set up direct deposit of at least $200 I would receive a bonus of $350. I did not receive the full amount of $350. In addition, when I tried to withdrawal $300, they would not allow me. I contacted customer service, but they didn't help. I was told it was being sent to account specialist and it could take up to 7 days. We are at 12 days and they won't even respond to messages I have sent in the ticket.

    The Benjamin app, has offers at which you complete goals within a specific time frame and you receive rewards to be cashed out. I completed a goal of winning a specific number of games and depositing my own cash money to participate. After completing the goal and depositing the $10 (which I deposited twice) the Benjamin app is guilty of false advertising and fraud because they have not paid me money they owe me even with multiple forms of proof being presented to them such as showing my bank statements and even them having access to my debit card transactions and documenting my transactions on their app. **************** representatives answered my first messages about this is but are now leaving me on read by viewing further messages and not responding and not resolving this problem.

    At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Benjamin has been resolved. They reached out to me, and paid the money owed and apologized for any inconveniences caused. I appreciate that the issue was finally resolved. It took a while but it's all complete now. I would like to thank the Better Business Bureau for their support and assistance.

    I've been using the Benjamin app for a few months now and have cashed out a few times the most recent cash out attempt of ***** was denied by claimed fraud but when support was contact and offer proof of app purchases time spent in game it was all denied and not even asked for. I have proof for all purchases i made and all the time i have spent in game and apps for rewards from benjamin(the most recent app i downloaded through them i have played over 17 hours in 2 weeks for them to claim fraud with no actual backing or proof.

    I had over $200 accumulated from playing games, taking surveys, etc. and made a withdrawal. At that time, I received a message saying that my account was under review. There was no further explanation.When I opened the app the next morning to check my status, I found that I was locked out and was told then that my account had been suspended. Once again, there was no explanation, except to say that there had been suspicious activity. This is very disconcerting, since I have made every attempt to follow the rules as I understood them.I reached out to customer service and they responded to say that the decision has been made to keep my account in suspense with the same vague explanation of suspicious activity.Having my account suspended at precisely the same time that I reached the goal that would have me being rewarded is extremely suspicious.I have sent four requests for clarification, but every time, Ive received the exact same response that appears to be cut and pasted saying there was suspicious activity and no further explanation.

    I signed up for the Benjamin **e app sometime around August 5, 2024 (give or take a few days) and played games, took surveys, and ran ads nearly all day long. I withdrew money in Oct., Nov., Dec. and Jan. ** Feb. 2, 2025 I went to withdraw $100 from my balance and I received notification that my account was being review for fraud. This was VERY concerning so I submitted a ticket. I logged out on 2.3.2025 and now have been unable to log back in. I have reached out to customer service with no response. I am left to wonder if my two personal checking accounts and my credit card account is now at risk due to the Benjamin **e app. I am also missing $100. I have filled out tax forms, have financial accounts all associated with this app and i am left to question if they have risked stealing my identity with having access to this information.

    They are liars and cheaters and scammers. I was missing rewards totaling over $400. I opened support tickets (several over the course of 3 months) and was finally told on December 8 that they were compensating me for the missing rewards. It was less than what I was owed, but it was at least something. However, each time I tried to initiate a withdrawal request, I received a message that my request was under review. So, I started opening support tickets for that. I was told give it 48 hours, then 7 days. That was 2 weeks ago. Now, my account has been suspended due to "unusual activity", and my support tickets all come back with that response.

    This is a pay to play app, they offer different amounts of money to play games and get to certain steps. The amounts that they had offered me for one game suddenly changed when I was halfway through the steps, and they are trying to not pay me the amount that they originally offered me and I have not consented to that and I am not okay with it and they don't seem to care

    I am missing several rewards that were earned correctly and timely. I have opened multiple tickets with customer service on the app and am either ignored or told that it was a "tracking issue" due to how or when the game was installed. I've reminded them many times that I received some awards on both games, so it cannot be a problem with the way I installed the games. If there was a "tracking issue", it had nothing to do with anything on my end and is the responsibility of Benjamin. I provided screenshots to prove the rewards were earned and have been doing so for almost 4 months now. My customer service tickets are often closed with no response. Some are left sitting "open" for several weeks with no option for me to comment. This is what I'm missing:Rise of Kingdoms - $91.97 - *********** 2 million Rise of Kingdoms - $266.10 - Unlock an Level IV Troops Call of Dragons - $10.05 - *********** 1 million Call of Dragons - $2.96 - Upgrade your city to level 8 Call of Dragons - $15.08 - *********** 1.5 million Call of Dragons - $2.10 x 12 = $25.20 - Purchases Total Missing Rewards: $411.36 I spent a lot of money on the games to reach the milestones in time. It's not possible to reach them without spending money. I earned the rewards. I provided proof on multiple occasions to the customer service team on the ********************** app. One rep admitted that it was an error on their end and still refused to do anything to help me get my rewards. I've entered a reference number below that was provided to me on an app review I posted. My profile is under ***************************

    Benjamin app as of Thanksgiving week had quite alot of offers. Specifically the Bounty Bay section had multiple high paying games and most require money or deposits. I found an offer for Playfame (Casino App) stating deposit $20+ and pay all ****** and bonuses, then you will be paid in 24hrs street completion. I completed the steps and paid despite many negative reviews on the company social media pages. However, against my better judgment I deposited and played all my wages (even winnings) and was never compensated. Benjamin offers task you with paying for alot of the Bounty Bay offers and rare you don't have a problem with them in the end. I'm annoyed I wasted money I barely had to play a game that was recommended through this scam app and offers, that request our personal information for no compensation. Despite them actively selling our data to companies since they also get credited. I reached out to customer service for assistance and I've had a better experience with fast food restaurants during rush hour. They are of no real assistance and send the same copy and paste answers and for people (like me) that use this app can tell when someone is giving a bull response. Support greets you and then doesn't respond, despite ***** hiring new workers for customer support, which seem like they started working the same day with no experience necessary. Overall this app is a very big con with most incentives telling you to pay to advance faster, since most tasks on fun zone actually require money to reach a certain level in a certain amount of time. Benjamin app is a big scam and con app with sketchy business partners like **** and hopefully my EARNED MOMOS will get off the withdrawl request review status (only happened once I paid money to the app and made $79 back) which states 48hrs (lies) and I can leave this scam *** company to its own obscurity.
