irly argue for the money to be replaced which was stolen from my account. all my attempts at communication are ignored on the matter at hand I also asked for device i.d used in transactions to be matched with account history as proof and for merchant to be matched with history in my account to prove I've never used the merchant and the amount of money to unknown merchant in short period should of raised a flag but was ignored on that matter as well..the company claims to be fdic insured and to protect my finances in such matters yet they allowed someone to gain access and steal over $500 dollars from my account after m being notified multiple times of the issue.Business Response

I disputed a transaction i was given the run around about the time frame needed i then attempted to close the dispute only to be told I could not my dispute was then denied an associate told me that they would open an appeal that associate lied about that and the appeal was never opened until a week later when I spoke to another associate i was then told multiple times the dispute team would contact me i was never contacted I reached out again and was told it would be 45 days before i got a response or decisionBusiness Response

I used my debt card at a hotel for vacation. The hotel put a $102.51 hold for incidentals. Upon checkout of this hotel they voided the transaction. This has been almost two weeks ago. I have contacted both the hotel and Current about the charge still pending. The hotel even provided me a screen shot of their computer system showing the void. However, Current refuses to manually release the funds. We have a close friend who is still waiting for her money to be manually released by this same Current and its been 52 days. Times are tough and I understand if we didnt have proof, but they acted like they dont care. Im hoping BBB can help get this solved.Business Response
