      Do not use ***** Their customer service is terrible and do not trust their app or security. My application for an account got caught in limbo in their system for days and no one could explain why or how to remedy it. Talk about anxiety with your personal information!I I called their outsourced customer service 4 times and they never had a record of my previous call. I never once talked to a single person who actually works for ****. I eventually got notice from some fake looking email letter head that they pulled my application as I requested, but was provided no further info about what happened or if my personal information was secure.

      Having the best expensive with **** so far, easy to work with and great customer ********** a world where most banks are now going more virtual online and the fear of no longer a brick and mortar location to then offer ease of use and easy to reach someone when you need them **** is a heavy contender in the race to make it personal as well as secure. If you looking to compare a bank in this environment of faceless banking but still feel secure and A1 customer service I would suggest trying ****

      This incompetent bank encourages tax returns then asked for files that cant submitted online to release funds VERIFIED DIRECT DEPOSIT FUNDS FROM THE ***

      We understand the frustration. In some cases, we must request documents like a completed tax return to confirm identity or deposit ownership. This is available even with online filing. Were sorry for the inconvenience, but its necessary for Compliance and Risk purposes to keep accounts secure.

      I barely opened this account and they sent me an email saying that my account was closed, they refuse to give me a reason. Even after i called or asked in a email....they kept on saying that they cant connect me tk anyone who can help

      Got an email out of no where saying that my account was being closed for falling outside of the risk tolerance (whatever that means) which makes no sense, I wasnt using the account everyday like I used to, but I was using it every month to pay my phone bill, there should have never been a reason to close my account, its being used, never no fraudulent activity or any disputes or anything of the sort, so there is absolutely no reason my account should be closed. Its bull c*** Ive had my **** account for YEARS.

      We understand your concern. Over a year ago, **** transitioned to supporting only business accounts and notified all customers via email and in-app messages. To keep your account open, customers needed to agree to the new Terms stating the account would be used for business purposes. Your account activity shows personal use only, with no business activity and no business is associated with the account, which falls outside our Terms. As a result, your account is scheduled to close at the end of the month. If you have questions, please contact ****** **************** team.

      I spoke with **** today at 9:00 AM on the customer service line and received a very smug and dismissive level of service. Below are the key pain points from that ******* from my overall experience using **** over the past ******* direct access to leadership. You can't contact their leadership team directly. You're only allowed to submit a request, and they might call you back within "2448 hours"a quote from their own ************** banking features. You cant use Zelle, and since there are no physical branches, you cant print statements when needed. You can only print them from the app if your account is active. While thats acceptable for some, being able to send statements or resolve issues within the same day should be a basic standard. Ive never believed in policies that come before people.Deposit holdseven on repeat checks. They hold your funds even if you deposit the exact same check multiple times. Theres no logic or consistency behind it.Closing your account = total brick wall. Once your account is closed, the customer service line is essentially useless. They claim only the leadership team can help, so youre stuck waiting a few days after your relationship with them has already ended.Conclusion:The customer service was condescending and unhelpful. They got defensive when I asked to speak to someone from leadership or questioned why the process was so rigid. If the front line cant help, of course I want to escalate ityet they make it difficult.For comparison, Ive now moved to **********, I called and there services line did everything I needed no manager involved. That kind of policy matters, especially for small businesses that need flexibility. **** ***** that. In fact, the lack of flexibility becomes worse when you try to leave. I dont recommend banking with them if your business needs responsive service or quick resolutionsbecause you wont get either.

While our frontline agents are equipped to resolve most issues, escalations are always available when necessary. **** offers downloadable statements via the app, and even after account closure, your requests were fulfilled within hours. Were committed to supporting small business owners and regret that our structure didnt meet your needs.

      Great until they just randomly s**** you by closing your account with no warning.I have bills hitting due and am now scrambling to get an alternative account setup to pay these so they don't close me out of things. Will be tracking these expenses and any damages to consult with a lawyer on later, but for now I need to pay things.

      **** sent multiple notifications asking that you update your business address. Financial institutions must verify a valid physical business address under the Customer Identification Program Rule to combat financial crimes. Virtual offices and registered agent addresses dont meet this requirement. It is unfortunate that you didn't make the update to your account.
