      I have deposited 3 checks totaling $9,000 and their Mobile deposit says the funds will be available by Friday. It is now 8am on Friday and my funds are still not here. I called customer service and they will not tell me when my funds are available. You can not speak to a manager they will only call you back in ********************************************* they charge you $20 fee to expedite. They say llc deposits will be available between 2-3 business days but they take always take 5. I have screen shots of when it says *********** will clear but they always hold it longer. You can not speak to anyone competent. Only scripted remote workers who dont have any customer support tools. When you email. Customer support they never answer your questions and usually send a survey which just tells you to read your terms of agreement. They treat you like you should be lucky to be doing business with them. I have another large deposit and I dont want to put it in my account because they will hold it for so long. Im going bank to a real bank where I can be treated with respect and have access to my funds in a reasonable amount of time.

      Worst bank ever won't release a canceled charge in which the merchant called 3vdays ago to confirm the cancelation but yet still hete we are 3 days later and they won't release my money. I've had nothing but problems with lili and am going to take my business elsewhere

      Scammers collecting personal and business information- the second you deposit a check, they cancel your account. I had invoices out to customers that had to be redone, payments sent to this bank with no communications to me, and no reply from the company.

      I print t shirts, I needed a business bank account reflecting the business name for my LLC so I opened an account with **********************. I printed shirts for my job, my job mailed a check in my business name, I did mobile deposit with the check on Sunday, got the okay that it was accepted and to wait 2-5 business days for it to become available. In which I need my money. Now at 1:33 in the morning on (Friday) my money still didnt clear, and I get an email stating After carefully reviewing your account, we have made the difficult decision to close your Lili Account, including your Lili Savings Account if applicable, and revoke your access to any Lili services in accordance with the Lili User Agreement. Unfortunately, this decision cannot be appealed. Now *** spent money to get a job done, received a check, now I just dont have my much needed money. Dont go with this company, listen to the reviews!!

      My account info was exposed also they had a data leak which I found out as I was trying to dispute fraudulent unauthorized transactions . Lady on the phone for customer service they force you to call to report disputes . So I get through grueling experience feeling like Im in the line of fire when I did exactly as asked then I was promised my disputes were filed and Id receive email shortly and get my funds back yet no avail called today (4)days later to find out a dispute hasnt even been filed (WHAT DID THEY DO WITH MY INFORMATION) they are not accredited and will provide you no assistance just lies deserve to be brought up on criminal charges sued and locked away let alone shut down completely I bet every customer has had immense problems with this institution I want them held accountable and shut down immediately and I want my money back NOW and mind you I pay for this app i pay to utilize its features and they dont even let you but sure take ur money and do lord knows what with it. I am disgusted

      Stay away from this company. I received funds via ACH and a trusted company and they still kept it on hold for days. I could not make payroll or pay my vendors. I called the support line with them lying to me and saying they were going to release my funds.

      Abruptly a few days before New Years Eve Lili Bank closed my account. This is without warning or issue. The only hiccup that I had the entire time that I had the account was a $235 ( I think that was the amount) unauthorized to PODS. I had to use the Better Business Bureau to have those reimbursed. After this, in retaliation, Lili bank turned off a service they offered that allowed you to use a $40 or $50 line of credit. I asked about it, an escalation was sent to the team that handled this since I qualified. I didn't make an issue of it as I was expecting proceeds from an inheritance. I am a Gig worker and Influencer. Lili Bank has ALL of my business records. After closing on the sale of my Dad's home and it being the holidays. I began transferring money from my credit union. I expanded my influencer prescence for which I am paid. I provided the contract with the real estate, probate attorney, and a copy of the wire so that Lili would know where the extra influx of money came from. They closed my account and said there was nothing that they can do. I don't want to go to jail for tax fraud, failure to report income, ect. Lili 's banking system was set up in a manner that they have ALL my business records and wont five them to me.
      Additionally, running a business this is disruptive. My ******** and ****** **** pay was affected. I contacted the Federal Banking Commission who told me Lili should have given me 30 days, at min a 14 day notice that would have allowed me to download all my statement, records, and transactions. Tje person I spoke with at the Federal Banking commission told me that as a result of 911 some banks Grossly Abuse the terrorist act which allows a bank to close accounts suspected of terrorist acts without warning or reason. So I filed my complaint as I am jo terrorist, I have nothing to hide and I need the balance in my account and more importantly my banking records.

      I filed a atm cash not dispensed dispute on oct 4 covered by *** e they automatically denied my dispute then closed my account , i cant wait to see what the fdic has to say about this i promise i will not let financial institutions to continue to neglect consumer rights and to find ways around not doing thorough investigations just to benefit them .
