They closed my account without prior notification. Just out of no where. This caused me a lot of problems. Then told me I would get a check for my account balance in 14 days. So money I use to run my business is the mail. I will never use an online bank again.

I have been with **** for a number of years now and not once have i ever been disappointed with their service. I'm unsure what these negative reviews are about because this has been a superb app for me and my business. Everything is so simple to understand! They make running a business so smooth and offer so many ways to help in the process! The new routing number came. **** helped me with a list of people i should contact to update the number and **** it was done. Easy, delighted with **** and the customer service, for me, is unmatched by any other app i use. I don't review often but when i see something worthy im excited to share my experience so others can benefit from such an amazing service. Try them, you still not regret it!Lili App Inc.

Since the routing number was changed, they sent back my deposits to square. Those deposits never arrived back in square. Square refuses to help me without getting a manager name and number from ****, but they will not provide contact info to give to square. No one on either side is helping me. I don't know what to do now.Lili App Inc.

Were sorry for the frustration youre experiencing. **** provided tracking numbers for the returned transactions and offered to assist with a three-way call to resolve the issue. Since Square is not willing to do either, **** has arranged for a dedicated number that the customer can provide to Square to contact us directly. Square should be able to use the return details that were provided. Please let us know what more we can do to continue to support you in resolving this matter.Review fromDeanna L

DO NOT EVER CONSIDER THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE! MY DIRECT DEPOSIT IS HELD UP WITH NO ANSWERS, SCRIPTED RESPONSES AND NO REAL TIME UPDATES OF WHEN OUR FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE! Were sorry to hear about your frustration. **** sent multiple notifications via email and push messages about the routing number change, asking customers to update their payers to avoid delays. When you reached out, our team clarified the issue and ensured your deposit would post once the issue was resolved. The funds did post early afternoon that same day.
