I had money taken from my account without my permission. I called the merchant, they gave me a confirmation number to give to Lili to get my money reimbursed. These raggedy ssa people still wont return my moneyLili App Inc.

The customer reached out multiple times to ********************** and the agents explained that the card transaction was pending and no action could be taken by Lili. The agents explained that once the transaction settles it can be disputed, and if the merchant decides not to accept the funds, they can cancel the transaction. This is what the merchant did and the funds were returned to the account. Sorry for the frustration that this caused you but this is the process for pending transactions.Review fromBridget F

I agree with previous complaints. They have been charging me $9/month for a pro account that I did not OPT IN, agree to or in any way need. I have this account for one small need and should not have to read every email. This company REQUIRES you to OPT OUT if it makes changes!!! That's insane. You should be required to OPT IN if additional charges are made. They say it's my fault that I didn't read the emails asking me to OPT OUT. Who does business this way? No other business I have worked with has done this.They can also see that I haven't opened a single email and have no activity on my account, other than them taking out $9 since last Spring, but will NOT refund the money.Stay. According to Lili's system, the customer chose the ********************** Pro plan when they signed up. In April, Lili ran a promotion and upgraded the account to ********************** Smart and notified the customer that they are receiving the upgraded plan at no extra charge. The customer opted out in June (during the promotion period), the account was downgraded back to the originally chosen Pro plan, and the customer was never charged additional funds for the Smart plan. Lili Bank *****......... My money has been stolen out of my account in another state somehow. They told me I have to wait 90 days to receive feedback on whether or not I would be receiving my refund from my stolen money. They denied my dispute. Then had the nerve to ask for more evidence when you can clearly see in my transactions that i never made an out of state transaction. Do not bank with this company. A BIG FRAUD. I'm taking them to court. BSLili App Inc.

Customers use their Lili card for purchases not just in their state of residence. We found that until the September 14th transaction, you were freezing your card and only unfreezing for purchases. Therefore, whoever used your card knew the card wasn't frozen. Given this, it seems that either you used the card or provided the card information to someone else for use.Review fromJoshua H

Worse bank in the world they close at 4pm est and dont process anything over weekends so if you deposit on Tuesday 4pm they wont clear it until following Tuesday and say it will be done in 2 definitely dont pay any of their paid service fees its not worth it for free in my opinion if I could I would give them less than 1 starLili App Inc.

Checks are generally reviewed on the same business day, if submitted before 4pm EST. Lili closes at 7pm EST weekdays. Your check at the beginning of December was released within 3 business days. Your latest check deposit will also be released within 3 business days. This is Lili's commitment to its customers (see Lili's FAQ and T&Cs). If you continue to have a good check deposit history, it's possible that they will be released more quickly.Review fromDaniel L

I've had a business Checking account with ********************** for a few years now, about as long as they've been open for business themselves.I use their most basic Service, pay nothing for it, And have had no problems. ACH transfers are quicker than some and the debit card has always worked for me, which I cannot say of the PayPal equivalent.I have tried the pay plan and found it very advantageous, with features, comparable to some of the better finance apps, though I would go elsewhere for Savings accounts. If you're already paying for invoicing and P&L statements, what they charge is more than reasonable and what you get is often better looking. The business debit card has worked flawlessly for me every time, the only difficulty being that one must deposit cash at interesting locations, and doing so at a 7-Eleven, or CVS, with a line of people behind me is a bit strange.. but easy enough to get over and at least there are ways to deposit cash, unlike ******* ****** for instance.Keep your transactions simple and don't ask of them more than they claim to offer, and you won't have any problems.Lili App Inc.

I was allowed to deposit checks all year long, until a little bit ago. Now I cannot and I need to be able to do that in order to continue to operate my business. I've tried several times to find out what's going on but I keep getting vague unclear answers from unreachable 'departments'. The people I can talk to aren't allowed to help. I would never have used this bank if I had known that it would be this unorganized.Lili App Inc.

We're sorry for any inconvenience caused. You've successfully submitted many checks. However, you must keep in mind that there are several reasons a check might not be accepted. For example, stale-dated or expired checks, post-dated checks, mismatched information, suspected fraud, compliance issues, endorsement issues, etc. When a check is declined, a notification is sent with an explanation. 1 starThe worst ****** experience ever. The absolute worst. ***** data has been breached and mass emails where sent in phishing attempts. The only way the email associated with that account was even known about was via one of two things mass data breach (most likely) and or the selling of clients information to the phising fraudster. The fraudster either had exceptional lnow how or most likely a fired employee as the scripts were almost identical. My problem is the complete and utter lack of customer service. The persons that I have spoken with via email via phone calls which theu wpuld not take. Were all accusatory in nature. Its horrible experience to even remptely consoder this bank Lili or *********** the fdic portion of this fin tech. Go to a lpcal credit union, where you will talk to a human face to face and not deal with these horrible people. It ***** to suck!Review fromMatthew F

Awful; money was taken from my account without authorization Gave substantial evidence of the same. They did ZERO. They came back with a real ************************* response, "the charge matches what is on our system." Duh morons, it was unauthorized. Next I appealed and provided more evidence the charge was unauthorized. Lili gives me the same response. Per my right, I demanded their documentation in support of their denial of my claim. Received NOTHING. LILI IS A SCAM and not following banking regulations. Someone really needs to look into this company and/or file a class action law suit. Many had similar experiences. Do NOT trust them with your business money. You will eventually get burned.Lili App Inc.

Most disputes we see are from transactions initiated by the cardholder or someone with account access. ********************** is audited regularly and follows all banking regulations. They upgrade your account to charge $9.00 maintenance fees without your approval. I have contacted them and have been able to get back to free banking but I am not happy with this situation. Everything else has been excellent!Lili App Inc.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience that this might have caused you. On April 17th Lili sent an email to its users announcing its new account plans and the restructuring of its existing plans (see Lili's *********** for a plan comparison). In that announcement, we stated that we would be giving a trial upgrade to our customers at no extra cost for 2 months (from April 17th until June 17th) with the option to opt out. We sent a reminder 30 days into the trial and another reminder when the trial was coming to an end, to give our users the option to opt-out, if they chose to, and have their account downgraded to the prior Lili plan. The Lili website advertises that if your a LLC, or corp that your deposit will be processed in 2 to 3 business days. This is false advertisement as it has been 2 weeks and still do not have access to my funds. This is a repeated pattern where they hold on to my money longer that 5 days. I call into customer service and they are no help at all.Lili App Inc.
