    This card company is horrible! I did an initial load of $500. I used the card twice with no problem. Last night I was at dinner and attempted to use the card and it was declined! I then received an email saying that my account was under review for fraudulent activity and my funds would not be available for up to 2 business days and that my account was under review. When I called they were absolutely NO help! I have no access to my money and cant pay bills or eat! All they told me was to keep checking my email! I want my money!

    Will hold your funds for over 1-3 business days after transfer to external bank. I never had a problem before but now it's a problem. They are no help they ignore you an keep saying sorry for inconvenience. Best to stay away from Company if you don't want your hard earned money held for absolutely no reason. They don't help you fix situation at all. All they care about is money an their selfs not the customer that uses app.

    I work for ******** I only use my debit card for a few designated places. It's always locked. I forgot to lock it the eve of Mother's Day. I woke up to find that my card had been hacked for over $200. The charge posted on Monday. I filed the dispute ASAP. They came back saying no error took place. I was stolen from all because I forgot to lock my card one time. I called to seek assistance with no help. They even refunded a small portion of what was taken but refused to refund all the charges. I asked them to review my spending patterns. They did not. They told me to file a police report. So, that's my next step. I feel that they have poor customer service and poor business ethics.

    I have been scam and money withdrew from my account. I called the bank next day but they could not stop the transaction. The scammer that control also my email send email to the bank that I withdrew the dispute which I never did. I call them to reopen. They Drag their feet and finally denied the dispute.Why are even operating?

    I received a One Debit card in the mail that I never applied for. They were asking me for my SS# and other personal info, which I did not give. When I asked for the fraud department, they said there isn't one. I offered to give the card # , but they said they couldn't look up my account with the card #.SCAM??

    Someone stole almost 500 off my card and now One is not trying to give me my money back they said Im the one that did it lol why would I take my own money off my card and try to get it back? I had just got paid and someone stole it I wasnt even no where in the area when someone took the money off my card

    I supplied documentation that a One representative stole money from my card. They literally stole every dollar off my card, made a police report, showed where their representative contacted me *** supplied me with a pin from their server and they would not return my funds. The customer service is lacking in many ways!! They are FDIC insured but unable to use fraud prevention measures and have failed to correct the issue in anyway. I wouldn't use this service for absolutely anything. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Poor poor customer service and absolutely frustrating amount of lies deceit from their end. They denied returning the money that was stolen and I will absolutely have to take this forward to get my money back. All of the evidence shows exactly what occurred and they have failed to address any of the issues!

    The company uses robot calls to call me. It calls me multiple times a day and leaves voice message. I hit the do not call button then I get another call. They call me from a different phone number every time, so blocking the number is pointless as they continue to call. I have pressed to speak with someone multiple times then get hung up on. I want them to stop calling me. I am on the Do not call list.

    DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!This company has NO SECURITY in place for fraudulent scams. I believe they are scammers themselves by allowing your information to be accessible to foreign countries. my card has been charged multiple times from ****** and ******, the company told me that with Mastercard the merchant can keep updating your card information if you report your card stolen or try to get a new one. $500 dollars was taken from me I filed a dispute the company informed me that they may or may not credit my account due to the merchant authorizing my card even though I did not physically swipe my card in ******. I am from ***** there is no way I could possible swipe my card and approved this charge.there was no security text asking if I was making the payment to try to stop it before the purchase went through . I was told to call the merchant to try and receive my money back. This is the most absurd way to receive money back from fraud while dealing with a bank. Again DO NOT BANK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

    I am a Spark worker for ******* and some how an account was allowed to be opened using my name but a fraudulent email and telephone number resulting in $595 being transferred via CashApp to a *************** disputed and they told me I would receive a provisional credit in 21 days!! Today, a week later, the closed my account which still has money in from my Spark work and now I have no access! Im lost as their customer service is horrible and non caring or responsive.
